I had an extremely upsetting experience at this McDonald’s today around 4:50 p.m., and it was completely unacceptable.
I went in to pick up my order and asked for extra ranch. The manager, Anahi, told me it would cost extra. I agreed and was ready to pay. When I asked for salsa and referred to it as Mexican salsa, she immediately became hostile and accused me of being racist. I was shocked and asked what I had done wrong, but instead of explaining professionally, she started using profanity (F word multiple times) and speaking to me in an abusive and disrespectful way.
Her behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for someone in a management position. I remained calm and respectful the entire time, while she continued to argue and curse at me. No customer should ever be spoken to like thatI have never experienced such poor customer service at McDonald’s before. Being insulted and verbally attacked over a simple request is unacceptable. This employee’s behavior reflects very poorly on the restaurant, and management needs to address this situation immediately.

For fast food, McDonald’s is really fast. My boyfriend and I decided to have an early breakfast here, and instead of taking out an order, we stayed and had it here. The ambiance is so inviting, clean store.

40 minutes to get a iced coffee. I placed mobile order at 2:14pm was about 17 miles away by car preparing to get to work. I get there about 2:58pm and they said its not ready. I asked them if they could make it because im going to be late to work. 8 minutes go by. My work starts 3pm on sunday. Needless to say they caused me to be late to work. If thats the case put some machines like at 7/11 so we can self serve in a couple minutes.

The food was good and fresh but the ice cream cones were lacking some quality. My group used the online kiosk to order, but even though the happy meals said that the toddler toy was out of stock, we were given the toddlers’ book instead of the Squishmallows we chose to get. We also ordered the new chicken strips with creamy chili sauce, but we didn’t get a single packet of creamy chili sauce in the takeout bags. Since we had 2 dogs at home we decided to get them some plain patties with no toppings or condiments, but we were still given lettuce in the same box as the patties for some reason. There was a homeless person asking customers to buy her some food and the employees never tried urging her out. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you are ordering off the online kiosk

Ordered black coffee on the mobile app and it took NEARLY 20 minutes. The coffee was lukewarm at that!
While waiting two separate people came around begging for money, while a third was asleep in a booth.
The floor was dirty, and a man in another booth was coughing and hacking.
I definitely will NOT return to THIS location!!

It’s changed for the better—honestly, the manager, a Mexican lady, is firm with the homeless but very kind to the customers. I can confidently say that compared to previous years, it’s much better now.

This McDonald’s provides excellent service each time I visit. The staff members are always friendly, greeting customers with a smile and ensuring the orders are completed quickly. The food never disappoints, with freshly prepared burgers and fries, always served hot. I particularly love the McFlurry for dessert! The restaurant itself has a clean and lively atmosphere with enough seating for groups or individuals. It’s a great place to enjoy a casual meal in comfort. I highly recommend this location for anyone craving a satisfying and speedy meal.
