NEVER ORDER FROM HERE they can care less for your order and sometimes forget your order so you got to go remind them and every time you want to do that, you have to break them up from their chit-chat just to get any type of attention from them. After that they just give you a pissed off stare like if they hate having to do their job. I dont mind having to wait for my food but when it takes more than an hour just to get my food it pisses me off plus they forgot that I got some fries twice for the same order.

i came in here sunday just to get s $5 meal deal before i went to my doctors appointment. i came through the drive though and the person taking my order was extremly rude. “ what do you want “, “ huh “ and the attitude. i asked the person in the front for his name and it was amari. he was extremly rude with attitude. i will not be coming again if this is how they treat their customers. i feel that when you work at a fast food place, you need to prepare to not have an attitude with your customers and be able to control your emotions. it is not appropriate to be acting like that, especially at work. very disappointed.

They get my order wrong every single time I go and the food is always cold and old. I specifically ask for fries made fresh to order. They absolutely never make them fresh to order. I hate when I miss the other McDonald’s cutoff time they close at midnight so I’m forced to come here because theyre open 24 hours but I regret it every time!! I came through the drive-thru and ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions. THEY SCRAPED THE ONIONS OFF AND REWRAPPED IT! The way you can tell? The dumb workers just slap the top bun back on, they don’t refresh it with ketchup or mustard. I won’t ever go to this one again because of they short cut our food, that means they short cut EVERYTHING, like the cleanliness of the utensils they use and the whole restaurant. Ugh

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. I ordered a steak bagel sandwich without sauce and without egg, and was instructed to drive to the second window. While I waited for my order, I noticed that another customer received her meal before I did. When I got home, I discovered that I had been given a bacon bagel instead of the steak bagel I had ordered. This mistake completely ruined my breakfast.
I also ordered an Egg McMuffin, but it was cold, the cheese was not melted, and the egg was lukewarm. I was genuinely flabbergasted by the quality of my meal. I believe the young staff should be more careful and take the time to double-check orders.

I get it’s a fast food chain, but holy lord none of the workers can get an order right. I asked for a couple sauces and I got one, and not even the other ones I asked for. I had to wait 45 minutes for a large fry and a happy meal. Yall actually need to do better because this is actually ridiculous. I get McDonald’s ain’t a five star establishment but damn, 3 sauces isn’t hard to read. Yall need some glasses or somethin. If anyone wants actual service, HIGHLY recommend going to the McDonald’s off main st. They’re so much better and actually listen/read your order.

The lovely lady handing out food orders around 3pm today needs a raise! The inside of the restaurant was full of kids rough housing and being loud/rude. There were clearly a lot of orders coming in, and it was just her while the rest of the team was preparing food. She kept a smile and was very friendly and attentive as she did her best to get everyone their orders. I’m not sure the circumstances of why it was just her, but I really hope she got coverage after because there was a lot going on.
PSA to any adults trying to order, go before school gets out because it took a long time to get my one meal I ordered. Again shout out to that female employee. She didn’t hear me when I asked for her name but it was to say how amazing and professional she was in spite of how busy it was.
