09.15.25. Clean with very great, friendly employees, hot coffee that daddy likes. In fact the whole church seniors prefer McDonald’s coffee over Starbucks which they deem too strong and bitter asides from their Blonde Light Roast coffee.

My service dog, as always, was well behaved 🙂

This is one of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. The parking structure is very good. The store was very clean. Bathrooms were clean. I didn’t really eat anything or order anything so I can’t tell you about customer service but I think it’s a great place to come visit and make sure to give your reviews.

09.15.25 1:20pm Excellent McDonald’s, location, cleanliness, staff. Only thing is Kiosk payment unavailable, so must take receipt to cashier to pay there.

Took my service dog in.

Staff were excellent. Stirred the large coffee with 8 sugars perfectly. Some McDonald’s employees don’t even stir the sugar. Thank you!

Night shift sucks. 12/19 around 10:30pm. Drive thru – Hispanic male taking orders, hard to understand his speaking accent. OK, get the food and the fries were old and cold. He advise to pull over and wait 4 mins. Waited 8 mins and no one came to the vehicle. I walked up and knocked/banged on the windows to get their attention. 2 workers (male and female) looked at me but kept working and said nothing to anyone to come help me.
I walked to the drive thru window and he had the audacity to say I told you 4 minutes. Sir, it was just around 10 minutes. He was able to hand the fries over. Do better!

Ordered through the app, checked in once arrived and food was ready within 3 min. Super quick, order was prepped and arrived as ordered with no issues. The staff was very friendly and was served with a smile. Location was clean and spotless with plenty of places to sit for indoor seating.

I went through the drive through to get a pack of 3 cookies($2.99 in the app), and I was charged for 3 individual cookies. I went back in to try to get it adjusted and they said they cannot adjust it. Careful! Make sure to check your pricing.

It took a long time to get anybody to take my order. There are kiosks as well, but I couldn’t figure it out.
I order spicy deluxe chicken meal. It was mediocre.

This was one of the rare occasions where I experienced an extremely poor service at McDonald’s.
I placed my order using the self-service kiosk. The ordering process itself was smooth, but after completing the payment, the machine failed to print my receipt. I pressed the “Help” button and waited for several minutes, yet no staff came to assist. I then approached the counter and informed a staff member of the issue. I was told to wait, and that someone would come to resolve the problem with the kiosk.
After waiting for approximately seven more minutes, I received my meal—but still did not receive my receipt. I needed the receipt for reimbursement purposes, so I raised the issue again with the same staff member. He attempted to print the receipt from the POS system but was unsuccessful. He repeatedly apologized, but no concrete action was taken to resolve the issue until another colleague was called over, who finally managed to resolve the problem.
There are several serious issues here:
1. The malfunctioning kiosk was not addressed in a timely manner.
2. Apologies alone do not resolve problems—especially when no effective action is taken to fix the issue.

Went on New Year’s Day for breakfast. Service was really slow but they were not to blame. Apparently someone didn’t show up for work and they were swamped. The middle aged man at the cash register still had a positive attitude and was friendly. I didn’t see his batch otherwise I would have mentioned his name here. However the people in the back including the management were mocking the Asian customer in front of me. To Hispanics any Asian they see is “Chino” (Chinese). I heard “el Chino”… “el Chino” this… “el Chino” that… So they were abusing the customer amongst themselves: In other words the staff was very disrespectful of the customer and he didn’t do anything to set them off. Whatever they were saying it just wasn’t an appropriate word to be using in open public. It just looked like it was a customary thing for them to do. As a matter of fact I have seen this type practice carried out in multiple locations within the McDonald’s franchise. It’s more like a culture and it needs to stop. Sadly the people who move up the ladder are people from the same batch. Sadly, it’s unlikely they will change anything.

I’m not really a McDonald’s guy but desperate times call for desperate measures and thankfully this McDonald’s was the perfect move. The facility is clean and super spacious. The staff are also pleasant and the service was top notch.
