I give this McDonald’s only 2 stars for service. I go through the drive through at least twice a week (obviously not a health food but), and about half the time their fries have been warm, not hot. When I remember to ask at the drive through for “hot fries,” they always come out as hot, but sometimes they have me park in a to-go parking spot and I’ll have to wait a couple extra minutes. McDonald’s Coca Colas are always top notch, no matter which location I order at. Their Sausage McMuffin with Egg breakfast sandwiches are awesome.

went to the drive-thru to buy a combo, and I had to wait more than five minutes. When I finally used the speaker, a staff member with a very bad attitude told us it was closed. If it was closed, why did they make us wait?
I also checked the website, which says they close at 12 a.m., but when I was there, it was around 11:25 p.m. This means they either refused to take my order and others’ or simply ignored us, even though they should have been open until midnight.
I am very disappointed with this experience.

1st Street Location in Livermore is awesome. The management here got it right. Super friendly and welcoming. Dine in experience was great, and great customer service was unexpected. The employees here go out of their way to make sure you leave happy.

Today I ordered crispy chicken sandwich and 10 pieces chicken nuggets meal. The nuggets tasted old like it’s been out for days, chewy and hard. And the nuggets are very thin, like slice in thirds. Never ordering nuggets again. McDonald’s have changed dramatically.

A McDonald’s is a McDonald’s. If done correctly they should all be pretty much the same. The newly remodeled stores all have the same look and it looks clean. Tonight, the cook on duty knew how to cook a medium burger which gave me the juiciest double quarter pounder I’ve had in a long time. They also filled the medium fry sleeve up. I’m so used to getting short changed when it comes to French fries

The drive through attendant took my order incorrectly. He didn’t review my order with me before sending me to the order pickup window. The person giving me my order argued with me about what I ordered instead of making it right. He made me wait 25 minutes to complete my order. Ridiculous!!
