I was in the drive thru, there was no line. I was sitting there for minutes, another car drove up on the other side and their order was taken. Still no one took my order for more minutes. Still there is no line, I called out to get help so I could order. Then I drove up to the window and place my order. The first window person at least said an apology. The second window I was met with attitude and the worker clearly was bent out of shape. I don’t understand being upset for not doing your job. I was perfectly reasonable and even tempered. That’s not how you treat paying customers.

My monopoly piece was stolen by staff. I know it wasn’t my dasher since my order was sealed. My McDonald’s app points were claimed by someone else, I am suspecting a staff here. I called to express this experience to prevent others from experiencing the disappointment I had. I called the location and staff hung up after hearing what I was saying, TWICE. They even had the phone not hung up so I kept hearing that blaring siren sound when I tried calling back. I’ve left a similar review on doordash for this location and even messaged corporate. My points and monopoly code are no big deal but if they are doing this to multiple customers, that’s unfair and the amount adds up.

The food was dry and cold and took forever to get it. The bathroom was disgusting as well. The burger wasnt much bigger than a ketchup packet….

This is the only Mc Donald’s I know in the area that still has an actual play structure. My children and I love coming from a couple of cities away on rainy days for playtime, hot chocolate, and fries. Sometimes I even manage to get some work done. As soon as we walked in Mariah asked if she could help us in anyway. That was refreshing bc in other places with kiosks the customers are ignored. Also, I saw cleaning happening in the time I was there which is always reassuring.

I ordered through the app and from the time it said the food was ready, to the time it was actually available was 21 minutes, 6 seconds. At one point, the male cashier went back and gave the woman my name and she acted like she didnt see the order. It wasnt very busy, so im not sure what happened.

Placed a mobile order (beverages) at 3:07. It is now 3:26 AND I am still waiting. Came out at 3:28. Ridiculous. The girl who brought out my order was very friendly- not her fault.
This tiny sundae was $3.69! I can get one twice this size for $3 @ Costco. Never again.
Slowest service EVER for mobile orders.

This McD is typically on top of it and has solid service but today was disappointing. I ordered a 4c Deluxe and when I bit into it, it was like biting into a bundle of elastic rubber bands. Absolutely rubbery which was upsetting.

Just went through the drive thru to get some nuggets. Haven’t had it in a really long time. Like ages…. The nuggets were fine. Guess they r offering small plush animals from National Geographic in Happy Meals for the kiddies. While I didn’t go inside this location, I know there is a children’s play place here.
