Nice clean McDonalds. Easy to order using the app and then picking up was just as easy. The order came out in time. The food is what you would expect. The workers helped out with our requests for extra condiments and utensils. I’d definitely go back since it’s close to the newer shopping/eating areas in Hayward.

This Mc Donald’s location is very clean and new, I wish restrooms were little cleaner but same time I understand this homeless people making it dirty.
We had cold fries and asked for replacement, they look the fries and fried it in oil and returned to us with oil all over the fries pouch. Overall it’s below average experience with service and food but It’s located in good area and place is new unlike other Mc Donald’s locations

We have been going to this location for 8 years. Today, the service again was terrible. I ordered thru my app on the way to be picked up on the counter. I then hit the button “already here” when i got in the store and made another 2 orders as i realized I need more chicken nuggets.
I ended up ordering more. The pick up number for my first order was gone when I made my second order thru the app and I cannot remember the number and because usually my name is on the receipt.
So i got my 2nd and 3rd orders but the first one they wont give it to me because they said i dont have the pick up number. I tried explaining and showing all my recent orders in the app but 3 employees including the manager were very very RUDE and ganged up on me. When i start talking they would cut me off and say show us the number. I was there waiting for a long time but they wont talk to me.
One customer waiting helped me out, he told the manager…check the receipt on the bag, the time she made the order ( Nov 2 @ 3:02pm, 20pcs chicken nuggets, no sauce) matches her recent order in the app and the printed receipt. Then the manager gave it to me unhappily. the Sundae i ordered has already melted.
I didnt even complained 2 wks ago when i ordered 20pcs chicken nuggets on drive thru and that same curly hair guy today gave me 4 chicken nuggets. I noticed how light the bag was so i parked and went inside to let them know.
I understand they were so busy but i was trying to explain and they were so rude and embarrassed me.
I told my entire family about the incident today and now this location lost a long time loyal customer!

Hello, it’s been about a week since I contacted the restaurant and I still haven’t heard back from the manager. I found a pubic hair in my fries — something that is absolutely disgusting and deeply concerning. I immediately asked for a refund, but no one has followed up or responded to my complaint.

Average fast food service. The employees who work there do their job very well, especially with the conditions they are put against! I’ve only ever had one issue where my order was forgotten until I asked about it but I understood they were busy at the moment.

Very nice “neighborhood” McDonald’s. Location is great and the building ample, nice, place for kids to play etc. It’s a modern McDonald’s with all the flat screen menus etc. Service could be a little faster but it’s more important that the food is tasty. The soda fountain has Orange Fanta that is among my favourites, I like to mix it with Coke.

This is the worst service McDonald’s has to offer in the area. Waiting 20 minutes to pick up a meal you ordered online is ridiculous. In addition to being inside, the line is huge and the employees look like they don’t want to be working there.

Most of the time the service is great but today was not great. I had a mobile order and it was a curbside pickup. The order came out in a timely manner. I noticed my son did not get his juice with his happy meal. Before I could tell the male server he was already back in the restaurant. I called in because I’m a single mom and didn’t want to get out with my son. The guy said he was coming back out and to have a receipt. I said sure because I had a mobile order. I showed him and he said it doesn’t say that I ordered a juice. I said it says I ordered a happy meal. I always order apple juice with my son’s order. He gave me the juice but acted like he didn’t want to give me what I already paid for. If the restaurant makes a mistake they should correct it and not treat a consistent paying customer like a criminal. I finally get back home and open my spicy chicken sandwich and the sandwich is soaked with spicy sauce. I hate soggy buns. As soon as I take a bite and the sandwich falls apart and gets all over my pants. Today’s experience was not great but I’m just going to assume the guy is new. Hopefully his customer service and order preparation improves.
