The worst experience in the Fast food industry, I waited 15 minutes just to pay for my order and 35 minutes later, I still haven’t received my order. They just kept serving the drive through but not the Dine in clients. This is the last time I will visit this place.

This location is the absolute worst!! I’m not sure why I went back to this McDonald’s after experiencing something at the beginning of this year I was having a memorial service for my daughter and we decided to get sausage McMuffins with cheese no egg and hash browns for everyone helping to set up I ordered 26 McMuffins and hash browns and about 14 caramel frappes and about four regular coffees my total was $75 and some change when I got the McMuffins they had egg and no cheese I went back through the drive-thru in the Mexican lady at the window said well we already made them there’s nothing I can do I was upset but keep in mind I had other things on my mind.. I went about 3 months ago (September)and order two double cheeseburgers with No Pickles I figured it would be correct since there was a tag that said No Pickles I took a bite of my double cheeseburger and had a taste of pickle I opened the double cheeseburger and there was imprints of pickles I immediately called and ask to speak to the manager, she did not disclose her name even though I asked and I told her that one of her employees had just removed the pickles and that I am allergic she did apologize and said we will make them I told her I will not be coming back now because I already left she says no worry just come back next time I asked her do you need my name and number she says no it’s okay I’ll remember well I did go back 2 weeks later and my name was not back there and they did nothing for me.. fast forward till today December 2nd I decided to give it one more chance my husband went to the location on A Street Nobody in the front had greeted him he waited at the point of sale, workers were putting food out for other customers not one employee greeted him then he calls me on the phone and I tell him just to order at the kiosk so he does and he’s waiting for his food and it must have took a while because I was on the phone with him for 23 minutes an employee came from the back with attitude I can hear it in her tone and ask why he was out there he says I am waiting for my food there was a manager sitting at a table eating lunch he saw the whole thing and didn’t vouch for him waiting he even got up and said well let me see your receipt my husband showed it to him his food was sitting there the whole time on the counter nobody called his number and he wasn’t sure if that was his food this is why we won’t go back to this McDonald’s a Mexican employee picked up fries from the floor with a napkin but yet does not have gloves on or did she wash her hands the Asian manager that works there is very rude he has a very bad attitude!! I don’t think he likes his job at McDonald’s he also did not give my husband back his receipt.. also our food was cold he paid to get large fries and we did not do better McDonald’s I am just addressing this one on A street in Hayward I called this location 11 times and nobody answered the phone

Reviews Are Necessary
Stopped at this location and ordered nuggets, fries, and water. The food was hot, but they messed up on my drink. I ordered water and they gave me soda. Worst of all, my fries had hair in them. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I had to return to lunch from my lunch break and was not able to return. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING THE WINDOW!!!

But just so people understand more about your sheet you put on the trays
A healthy egg is supposed to have a dark orange color, yours is not so I feel like it’s a lie if you say you do healthy chickens, the lettuce is as fresh as you think, your beef and chicken were taken out of the freezer, cooked meat and not cooked meat I thought was not supposed to be in the same fridge, but hey, I just thought it, I don’t know for fact, but still tasty and cheap

There’s no toilet seat covers in the bathroom or even a dispenser for them to stock them into. There hasn’t been soap in the bathroom for a week. All that aside, you now have to spend 5min at the kiosk placing your own order into the system instead of just telling a cashier your order in under 30 seconds. They still messed up my order even though I entered it perfectly into the machine. When I walked all the way back to the store just to get the correct order, they didnt even apologize or offer something in return. To sum it up, they don’t care about hygiene and you have to order your own food on a machine…
