Food overall is good, one of the ladies there is a bit rude. Not sure if she is a manager or not. I was charged $1.07 for 3 ranch cups when it said it was free on the kiosk. They have gotten the sauces wrong 4 times in a row now, got bbq instead of buffalo ranch, and got 2 ranch cups when ordered 5 ect.

I don’t normally write reviews but man. I am so mad and upset that I was charged 12.99 for a cookie tote that had cookies that were hard as rocks.
I was a bit sticker price shocked at the price as I heard the price for this so called “cookie tote” was much lower than what I was being charged for but I brushed it off thinking I was going to be able to enjoy nice warm and gooey cookies on the drive home. I literally had to use my teeth to tear through cookies I purchased. I’m only dealing with this and eating them because who just throws away money in this economy.
I literally cannot eat these cookies without gnawing at them. Heck I feel like I can hurt someone pretty bad if I throw these just right at someone.

This is a fun McDonald’s to bring your toddler on a slow Sunday. The little indoor play place is great for the littles. It has a couple of climbers, two slides and a bunch of interactive game consoles for touchscreen fun. The indoor play places are a dying breed.

This is a feedback to the kitchen staff and also to the management. Overall for the Bay Area, the service and cooking are pretty good, but the consistency is not enough. Sometimes the beef patty looks and smells just disgusting. The problem is probably that the frying surface is not cleaned on time, or is cleaned carelessly, which is why the patty can have a dark color and burnt fat on the edges. Either the workers lack the culture of cooking according to standards, or training.

I’ve gotten used to the fact that McDonald’s here does not have very high quality standards. I worked at McDonald’s in Europe, and everything looked perfect there, and it was not impossible to achieve and maintain. There, MacDonald’s was a real restaurant where it was nice to go and enjoy the taste, but here it’s more fast food to fill an empty stomach – it’s a rarity when you can stumble upon properly cooked food. It really shocked me when I got here – I thought it was even better in the homeland of McDonald’s.

This McDonalds is getting worse every time I come. With getting orders wrong everytime we go (which isn’t often) and rude employees. No greetings or any emotion given. And when going to the window to pay and you nicely ask to have them read the order back they respond with “ didn’t you read the screen “ what a rude thing to say . Will be done going to this location. Don’t get a job in customer service if you can’t be polite with customers
