I used the self-serve kiosk and made an order to dine in. Even though I placed my number on the table, they never brought my food and it was just sitting there.I had to go get it and eat a cold meal. All the lady said was sorry about that.

The mobile app location changed on the check out page to a McDonald’s I have never ordered from. The location chosen is not even in my area. I called to cancel and the lady only asked for what I ordered and she said we don’t have it. From giving only the first 2 of 6 items. I provided the mobile app order number and she said they didn’t have it. Then proceeded to have an attidue that it was my responsibility to cancel it pn the app. The app explicitly states to call the location where the order is placed. I explained this to her which she proceed to in Spanish talk to another employee and refer to myself as an exploit word and further curse about it. My name may be Asian however my mother is Spanish and fully understand the language. The other employee said I needed to call the 800 number. Horrible service and will not be ordering from McDonald’s for sometime.

Such a lazy and disrespectful employee’s there, I regularly go there since it’s right next door to us, especially when I order McFlurry for drive thru, I request them to mix it thoroughly, but they give ice cream on the bottom and Oreo on the top and they don’t mix it at all….

Usually a fan of the app, but I absolutely do not want to be stuck having to pay through the app. I don’t think that should be a requirement! Also, ordering a 20pc nuggets & receiving NO sauce, despite asking at the pick-up window, if both kinds were in the bag is a HUGE fail by the staff!!
