Service is usually good however today the drive through line moved very slow and when I got to the front my simple order of 2 breakfast sandwiches wasn’t ready and I had to park and wait. After getting home no cheese was on my breakfast sandwich.

Vary clean and open this location is a more catered to using the mechine then the staff wanting to help take your order food came out ok they didn’t follow directions but at least it was hot hot sounded like the staff was having a great time in the back

BE SURE TO CHECK ORDER BEFORE LEAVING DRIVE THROUGH!!!
Oh my goodness, they were so rude! We ordered through the app and went through the drive-through. I didn’t check the bag before pulling away, and my son realized no fries and no fish fillet. We literally went from drive-through to inside, and they basically called my son a liar! I only moved because we had held up the drive through so long. Never going to make that mistake again! He brought the whole bag in, and they even acted like we hadn’t just gotten the order!!! Do better! Who would try to pretend we didn’t get our order? It was French fries we thought were missing. He had to show them the receipt on his phone! Then he noticed no fillet of fish. The fillet of fish came with the fries. Seriously not cool to treat us so badly. My son frequently uses the app and buys food at this location. One would think if you’re a regular customer, that you’d be treated better!!! Thankfully the food was okay. Oh but for a fresh order of fries that took 5 minutes they sure had a lot of hard fries!!! Ugg!

Food is fine, standard McDonald’s. But the kid’s play place is disgusting. Here’s little black specks of I don’t know what all over the equipment. I took a baby wipe to wipe it down and the wipe was totally black after one swipe.

My 8yr old was excited about the MInecraft toy with the Happy Meal. In two days the offered toys were gone. Now I remember when there was a criminal investigation into the fraudulent Monopoly game(Google it), and then the ice cream machine was ALWAYS broke down(Actually they were too lazy to clean the machine after each use!). What a coincidence Macdonald’s Minecraft toys suddenly appeared on Ebay as the stores prematurely ran out of the offer.

Lunch on the go at this McDonald’s hit the spot! Fries were piping hot and crispy, burger was juicy and fresh, and the McFlurry swirl was perfectly blended. Service was friendly and efficient, even during the midday rush. Only thing missing was a quiet corner to escape the lunchtime buzz. Four stars for a fast food win!

We only got HALF our breakfast order ! We were both sick and ordered delivery for obvious reasons. When we called to get it corrected, they told us WE had to come get the food ourselves….but once again…. we were sick and trying to avoid going out in the public.
When we asked for a refund, they hung up on us We tried calling back repeatedly and they wouldn’t pick up. I will NEVER use this McDonald’s again ! $20 an hour now… and service is 100 times WORSE !
And no…. the delivery driver did not take the food. It was delivered in a large McD bag that was sealed ridiculously with 5 pieces of McD food sticker tape that was unbroken.

My child misplaced an order for another location. I tried calling to get the correct number. Person had me on hold for over 15 minutes and never returned to the phone. Is this is what we should expect from a $20/hr in fast food customer service?
