Came here with my boys (3 & 5 year old) at 1:40PM with the intention of having the boys play in the playground. A few minutes later our food came out in to-go bags and we were kicked out of McDonald’s because they closed the dining room at 2PM. Also, they forgot to give us our drinks and sauces…. seems like they don’t care about customers. Oh well, they lost me and my family as customers. Try avoiding this place if you can ✌️

4 times I leave without getting my complete order within a year span. You guys sucks. Driving back to get a missing item is stupid. Next time I’m going to check every single item before I drive off infront of the worker taking up driving thru time.

Came at 11:13, the Mcdonalds closes at 11:30am, ordered on the mobile app, and when i pulled up to the window they said they were closed. But around 5 people were in the store working at that time. Lazy workers? or is your website wrong. Its either or!

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I arrived at 10:25 and asked if I could order lunch, but was told the cookers weren’t ready yet. I left the line and returned at 10:35, only to see someone placing a breakfast order — which left me confused, since it was just five minutes after the breakfast
cutoff time.
I also asked to upgrade my meal deal drink to orange juice and was told that wasn’t an option, which seemed a bit odd. On top of that, I placed a mobile order and waited about 10 minutes while the staff kept asking me to repeat my order. Even after explaining it multiple times, I watched several other cars receive their food before mine was finally brought out.
I understand things can get busy, but this visit felt a bit disorganized and left me pretty disappointed

terrible experience bought a big Mac grinch meal no cheese on the Grinch meal. It was supposed to be some type of pickle seasoning. No seasoning chicken strips terrible. Just cook at home.

Drive thru intercom echos the worker can’t hear me. Ordered the new Cajun Bacon Ranch Sandwich: chicken was overcooked, little dallop of sauce on one very dry side and all the sandwich stuff on one corner in the other side: both bacons and two old looking tomatoes and a chunk of sauce. So gross! Only thing that came out good was the fries.
If you can’t work under pressure please quit and stop wasting our money and time!

The customer service poor, we went to drive through, after she took our order we have been advised to wait in number 2 due to traffic behind us. After waiting approximately 23 minutes nobody showed up, we went inside and ask about our order, they give us a hard time.
