I’m very disappointed in this location. I ordered a large chips ahoy frappe and I had to wait for 20 who minutes! A drink shouldn’t take that long!!!!! It should only take five minutes!!!!! I’m very disappointed McDonalds! You should be ashamed of yourself!!!!

There’s always an unhoused person in front of this McDonald’s. It must be scary for patrons that don’t know what to do when they are aggressively panhandled. It must be scary for the staff also. Service will be slow because this location is barely staffed. There’s always new people working here. A majority of them don’t speak English. The thing to do is to order via the app and pick it up or use the kiosk to order. Note they don’t give you napkins here unless you ask. The reason I came here is because I was doom scrolling through my phone and noticed the McRib sandwich $6.79 is back. This used to be $2.50 before the pandemic. Via the app, there’s an option for free medium fries if order $2 worth of food. The McRib sandwich tasted OK. The fries were cold, not crispy and too salty. McDonald’s isn’t healthy. It is OK once in a while. While not quick, they do offer food when some restaurants might not be open.

Hey, just wanted to let you know I ordered at the machine and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for just two kids’ meals. I even added BBQ and ketchup, but they forgot them, and there weren’t any napkins either I asked at the counter too but it still came out wrong

The service today at 9/21/2025, was pretty good and they had done well to serve me my tiny tan toy. The only rule is to get the toy, you have to buy the BTS happy meal, whether if you want it or not. Additionally, one of the bathrooms weren’t really that clean.

The drive through was attentive and speedy, but the food tasted different compared to other mcdonalds I have been to, just not as good flavor-wise. Fries had an off taste to them. Nuggets were fine as usual. Cheeseburger also tasted not as good as other locations. Homeless lady was exposing her chest shaking them to the drive through but i mean some would have found that as a positive experience so it may differ person to person, I found it to be a part of my morning becoming better.

This place is cheaper than the McDonalds on Ocean, but it’s not open 24/7. The dining area is kept clean, and the staff are very efficient with orders, even when it’s packed when the bus stops outside or after school.
Only drawback is a lack of seats sometimes because people hang out and the random homeless that camp out on the sidewalk by the drive through exit.

The McDonald’s is pretty clean and the vibes are very nice. I recommend getting the five dollar meals because it has pretty good deals. Also get the app because there’s more additional rewards.

This is ridiculous I shouldn’t wait 20 total minutes for my food!!!! I just order nugget fries and drink I shouldn’t wait that long!!!!! They should serve the customers faster!
