Hello family. Stop by the McDonald’s to get a frappe. The cool thing is is if you use your McDonald’s app you get two dollars off a medium or large frappe. Atmosphere is pretty cool. The customer service was great and quick.

The in-store screen clearly showed orange juice included in the listed price. The employee tried to charge me more than the displayed price, so I refused the service. This is misleading and false advertising.

Medium size restaurant and very busy (and not that clean because of this?). Friendly staff. Ordering was easy on one of their self serve kiosks. Food was prepared quickly and delivered to table. Food tasted fine and all condiments were delivered to table (even salt and pepper). Toilets are not locked (but not clean). Plenty of parking.

New Year Day stopped to buy breakfast. The woman who gave me the food I asked her a question about what I ordered. She answered my question with a upset look in her face. The woman should not be working with the public. She looks upset all the time not even for today she puts a friendly smile for the customer. I interacted with another female worker she was also unpleasant and also looked not happy to be working. I give these workers a poor review and need customer service classes or put them to work in the back.

Extremely Slow Service in the dinning area during breakfast. The lady at the register keeps walking from the counter as if she running the restaurant by herself. The people in front of me waited long. When it was my chance to order, I had to wait even longer as she bagged an order that have been by another worker and then she walked it outside. When she came back inside she didn’t come back to the register. Instead she continued to bag even more items for Doordash/ Uber Eats couriers. These items could have already been bagged by other workers in the back as well. She didn’t have bad energy but you could tell she was overwhelmed. The drive-thru Windows get high priority but it didn’t make sense because she had to keep walking orders outside even after she helped me.
One thing I can say is my bacon egg and cheese biscuit was very fresh. As I was walking out to my car the lines got even longer. I assume they’re hiring at this location.

The food was small and the bagel egg and cheese was undercooked. When I complained what I got back was also very small with a spec of bacon.
Word of advice go to another McDonald’s.

The service is very slow. There are at least 20 people inside the restaurant. Need to hire more people and pay them more. With food prices are going up everywhere, i suspect, McDonald’s restaurant and other fast food places will be busier in the coming days and weeks. I am glad McDonald’s prices are still the same.
