McDonald’s false advertising:
The in-store screen clearly showed orange juice included in the listed price. The employee tried to charge me more than the displayed price, so I refused the service. This is misleading and false advertising.

Honestly one of the worst run McDonald’s that I have been to.

I placed the order thru the app for counter pick up… I get to the counter and look up at the display to see where my order was… the status board did not list my order… it had numbers before and after mine. I stood at the cashier for almost 5 minutes but no one acknowledged me. The only reason I stepped back was when I heard the staff mention my order number and to make sure it had the special coffee.

Ok, I ordered the Steak & Egg McMuffin. Not sure I would consider the meat a “steak”. It’s more like a chopped steak patty…. read fancy hamburger. The best part of the meal was the iced coffee… this is actually really really good coffee.

I’ve ordered through the drive-thru several times, and while I’ve overlooked mistakes in the past, this is now the fourth time I’ve had issues with missing items. This time, I ordered a Happy Meal for my younger sibling. Even after checking the bag, I noticed right away that the apple juice and toy were missing. On top of that, I was given the wrong size iced coffee.

I parked and went back inside to request the missing items and return the incorrect drink. When I approached the employee (who I believe was the manager, as she was wearing a tie and work hat — I didn’t catch her name but she was a light-skinned, heavy-set woman), she immediately gave me attitude and made it seem as though I was the problem.

As a paying customer, I expect to receive the food I ordered without hassle or disrespect. I work hard for my money, and it’s frustrating to repeatedly deal with these issues. I felt it was necessary to speak up this time so that others are aware to double-check their orders when using the drive-thru. Thanks for reading.

Honestly really good. i go here every once in a while and get a happy meal or McFlurry and the machine is never broken which is great. one thing i was sad about was when i when to go get a grinch meal a while back i was sad to be informed that they were out of stock , it was okay because i know its not their fault. they did although have the grinch fries which i found delicious. The staff are nice nothing special but not mean.

All the other McDonald’s let me switch the qp burger patties to the big Mac and only charge me for the double qp as that’s more expensive but to be charged $18 just for that as the receipt shows is highway robbery. Also since the place I’d so small it should be easy to clean. I didn’t take a picture of 2 of the tables due to them being full of garbage. I was surprised at how dirty it was. The employees were nice and polite but didn’t realize I was being charged so very much. I hope they use this as a teachable learning experience.

Been going for a week through the drive thru for the sweepstakes. Have only received 1 out of the 6 physical game pieces. They don’t honor the game pieces giving the food to the client and quickly leaving so they can’t be called out. I’m not saying the employees are keeping the pieces but it sure feels that way.

It’s a McDonald’s what can go right and wrong!
The restrooms and in good condition and maintained.
The services while at time felt could have been better. I don’t think it is short staffed however it took a bit of time for extra ketchup.
For the food – seems the burger meats were already prepared and kept hence treated a bit less than room temperature. They could have had this better.
The speed of order to delivery was good.

Came in when it was rush hour breakfast on a Sunday and this team was balancing the rush. Cashier was smiling and able to fulfill my order exactly as requested. Thank you. I’ve been here many time in the past an order fries..they have always been perfect salt ratio. Great crew!!!

They like to burn the muffins. Give you cold food. Have bad attitude when ask to remake. The manager Gabriel is the worst ever. Called corporate, did nothing… Customer service suck.

Well on this day they finally made the muffin perfect. Will this be every day, time will tell. Customer service still needs fixing.
