The in-store screen clearly showed orange juice included in the listed price. The employee tried to charge me more than the displayed price, so I refused the service. This is misleading and false advertising.
I placed the order thru the app for counter pick up… I get to the counter and look up at the display to see where my order was… the status board did not list my order… it had numbers before and after mine. I stood at the cashier for almost 5 minutes but no one acknowledged me. The only reason I stepped back was when I heard the staff mention my order number and to make sure it had the special coffee.
Ok, I ordered the Steak & Egg McMuffin. Not sure I would consider the meat a “steak”. It’s more like a chopped steak patty…. read fancy hamburger. The best part of the meal was the iced coffee… this is actually really really good coffee.

I parked and went back inside to request the missing items and return the incorrect drink. When I approached the employee (who I believe was the manager, as she was wearing a tie and work hat — I didn’t catch her name but she was a light-skinned, heavy-set woman), she immediately gave me attitude and made it seem as though I was the problem.
As a paying customer, I expect to receive the food I ordered without hassle or disrespect. I work hard for my money, and it’s frustrating to repeatedly deal with these issues. I felt it was necessary to speak up this time so that others are aware to double-check their orders when using the drive-thru. Thanks for reading.
The restrooms and in good condition and maintained.
The services while at time felt could have been better. I don’t think it is short staffed however it took a bit of time for extra ketchup.
For the food – seems the burger meats were already prepared and kept hence treated a bit less than room temperature. They could have had this better.
The speed of order to delivery was good.

Well on this day they finally made the muffin perfect. Will this be every day, time will tell. Customer service still needs fixing.
