The women working there are great. They don’t bother DoorDash drivers and they just do their jobs — just like we do. Everything was perfect until last night, until I saw the new male employee. Dude, stop acting like a princess and focus on your job. Don’t talk to people for no reason and don’t say annoying things. Nobody cares about you. This world does not belong to you. Do your job and go home — it’s that simple. There is no need for unnecessary interaction. Stop treating others like they’re second-class just to satisfy your ego. You’re lucky I have more responsibilities than you, so I didn’t say anything to you. I hope you see this comment. I doubt you’ll feel ashamed or upset, but if you do see it, maybe one day you’ll learn

The lady who took my order was nice , the lady who presented my order was extremely rude , when I asked her if my drink had what I asked for cause it didn’t look like it she had this nasty look on her face I looked at my order and the order for my drink was taken wrong so not her fault but still having a nasty attitude was not called for so I drove around to not hold up the line and I was going to go in the store to talk to a manager the lady saw me at the door (it was locked ) and walked away so I got back in my car to go through the drive through , I get back to window and I said I want to talk to the manager the manager is no better no greeting no nothing so I asks for the general managers number she pointed to a sticker on the outside window I asked if he or she ever in office she said no. Not once did she ask what the problem was or can she help with something ! Terrible customer service I had someone behind me so I didn’t want the line to be held up ! I won’t be returning to this McDonald’s the worse customer ever!

I used the kiosk to place an order, grabbed a table number, and sat down. A receipt did not print from the kiosk. I waited for 15 minutes, the order never came out. Went up to the counter and they said there was no record of my order even though I had proof of receipt in the mobile app AND the gift card I used. I attempted to reorder but the deal I had used was no longer available (as I had already used it).
While I was waiting I heard a lady come inside, frustrated that she was waiting in her car for over ten minutes.
Then another lady said she drove home then realized her happy meals had no chicken nuggets or fries.
Do not come here unless you want your money and time wasted.

I went through the drive thru and the young man only gave me one drink so i respectfully told him i was missing one more drink and he looked at the bunch he had already made and just pick one out and gave it to me. He was also kind of rude. One packet of ketchup and one ranch was given to us for two meals.

Service wasn’t too bad, the air conditioning was turned too low for my comfort, the place was virtually empty, that might be one main factor. Food arrived fast and hot. Interiors look from a distance decent but close up are in serious need of repairs.

Great experience. Used the machine for this order. It was good interaction and easy process instead of waiting at the line for hours outside for the drive through so highly recommended Maldonado!!!

I love the coffee here, and the apple pies are delicious. Breakfast is my preferred time to visit, but the Big Mac or Double Quarter Pounder with fries is the best option for lunch or dinner. They offer free water, too.

All I can say is that a large French fry sure ain’t what it used to be. But at least it cost twice as much. McDonalds could also save money by just making the packaging smaller.
