I ordered a large Diet Coke and large fries and the lady with the glasses was very rude to me and I had to wait a long time for the cook to order fries and Diet Coke!
IT SHOULD NOT TAKE THAT LONG!!!
This restaurant is just unprofessional and rude horrible customer service and atmosphere
I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER!!!!

JEZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!!
One thing I hope they put back the charger so I can charge my computer.
However, overall is a great place to escape from your boring life.
I already sent a formal complaint to McDonalds but will be repeating it here to warn other customers.
When I got my food delivered at the table, there was no ketchup, even though I included it in my order. So I went to the front counter to ask for ketchup. It looked busy so I waited awhile for someone to come out. I wanted to respect the workers.
This young lady, perhaps aged around mid 20s to early 30s, came out and was delivering food to another table. When she came back, me and another customer asked her for different things. I asked first for some ketchup, then the other customer asked for some napkins and a bag. She went to the back and came out and gave the other customer napkins and a bag. I then asked her for ketchup again, and she told me to wait a moment, looking annoyed. It’s unfathomable what I did to annoy her. I only asked her for some ketchup! And everytime I asked her, I never got an acknowledgement that she heard me, for example saying “yeah sure!”, except the last time when she told me to wait.
Anyway, I eventually would not get ketchup from her and this felt like a targeted and personal attack on me. She clearly helped the other customer out, even though I was the first one to ask, and she didn’t help me.
Was ketchup so hard to get? Clearly not, because after waiting awhile, I got frustrated and went to the mobile order window inside the store and asked this nice smiling older man for ketchup, and he immediately gave it to me. Someone give that guy a promotion! He was able to do me the huge and arduous favor of giving me ketchup!
Anyway, just wanted to warn other customers of this woman. If I was her family, I would be ashamed, because it’s clear no one around her has taught her good manners.
I just wanted some ketchup man!
The manager had a very bad attitude and told me that I had to show the receipt in order to get the fries. Was this really my fault? Why did you have to give me attitude? This was your mistake. Do you really think I would lie just for one pack of fries? That’s ridiculous.I paid for my food here, so I should receive what I paid for — not your rude attitude, Manager.
This store has now reopened after a long, reconstruction and looks great inside and out. Huge improvement over the 1970s-era store that was here before. It has a more utilitarian design than some other recently constructed McDonald’s but their parking and drive-through situation is excellent and they even offer three Level 2 ChargePoint EV chargers.
Service to their many curbside pick up parking spots seems very sluggish, slower than other McDonald’s, and not as fast as it was before the reconstruction. Be prepared to wait a long time if you want to stay in your car, or use their drive-through as it seems to move at a good pace.
I went inside and the place was almost empty, maybe 3-5 separate customers sitting down, it was veryyyy slow. And the drive through was a normal paced. I go to the register and wait, and wait, and wait. 3 minutes go by, then 5, then 7, mind you as this is happening, employees are clearing servicing drive thru and walking in and out of the lobby calling orders etc. and walking past me and now, 4 separate customers ALL waiting in line. I was getting very boiled, it’s not even like they were running around with crazy orders at drive thru, all casually walking around. Mind you, yes customers were also coming in using the Kiosk self service. At this point I get pissed after 10 (I myself can’t believe I waited 10 minutes) before going to the window where people pick their food up and ask them “can we get some front register service, you see us waiting” and the plus sized Hispanic women simply says “registers not open, use the Kiosk”
I’m livid. I step back to not cause a scene, where the next customer says “I don’t use card, I only have cash” and the woman sends what I believe is an employee who’s in charge of cleaning (they were wearing neon vests) she takes the man’s order, I get back in line and then the plus sized woman says “okay I’ll take your order”
How funny the register suddenly works now. It was deforest a moment of “we don’t want to service customers coming in, we just want to focus on drive thru and they can use self service kiosks” but the kiosks can’t tell them of a cheese/dairy allergy or to make the food “cook to order special request” etc. the store wasn’t even busy for them to do this. And based off the google reviews and yelp this has been happening for a while, I’m guess towards night shift. The employees started speaking Spanish and I responded back with “you know we understand you being disrespectful to customers” I got my food almost 30 minutes later after this ordeal. I left. This was such a horrible experience on poor management so this is why I’m leaving this review. So unfortunate. I can only imagine! The amount of money they’ve lost the company doing this to be lazy. I’ve included pics of the lady doing this and the store and the line of people waiting who were being ignored in line.
