John Review
I post maybe 1 time over two or three years, usually after exceptionally good or bad experiences, today was one of those days here at McDonald’s. Placed a mobile order. The car in front of me kept handing back open food, which was obviously a problem. When I pulled up, I asked the staff if any of that food had been mixed with ours, and they said no. But when we got our bag home, there were loose lettuce, condiments, and tomatoes inside… obviously they took back the items, semi wrapped them and put them in our bag. DISGUSTING!!! I didn’t check at the window because I didn’t want to hold up the line, but when we got home, we discovered our order was also missing items. Extremely poor experience. I usually let things like this go, but this was genuinely disgusting and unacceptable.
Franchise owner owns a bunch of McDonald’s in the area and just collects income, no attention to quality or service. Prices are always higher here and service is subpar. Do yourself a favor, give some other restaurant a try, avoid this place at all costs.

I stopped by to pick up some late night dinner. The food was all decently fresh and tasted good. Unfortunately my order was lacking things when I got it which is why I don’t leave without checking. I had to go thru the drive way a second time and the manager had the audacity to roll her eyes at me like it was my fault things were missing. It took me a total of 55 min and 2 trips through the driveway to get my meal. They would also not answer their phone..frustrating. I will say this meal special they’ve got right now to try to bring people back after getting so expensive might work. It says I can get it weekly and I just might.

Service was horrible! Food wait was eternal and the line was starting to get long. I don’t know what took so long plus I noticed they handle money and prepare coffees or touch other food items without wearing gloves to fill out orders after they charge not very clean. Bathrooms were not clean us there was random person in the man’s restroom just standing there, it was just uncomfortable.

The dining experience was not good. The drink machine was broken. This was the first time I encountered a situation where I couldn’t get a refill. The dining experience was very poor. There were no paper towels. I will not come here next time.

There are zero baby changing tables in the restrooms!! And good luck asking an employee for ANYTHING…they rarely come to the counter. The entire kitchen process should just be automated at this point..

I came here today specifically to get monopoly pieces so I ordered four items that said they would come with Monopoly pieces and I received zero monopoly pieces. Every piece of packaging had no monopoly pieces. What a waste of time and money.

25 minute wait for dine in with no one else dining in. Burgers and fries were cold. Workers ignore anyone at the counter. A couple of Flys by the restrooms and the fountain drink machine is out of order so no refills.

I come to this McDonald’s at least 3 times a week. Tonight was a nightmare with their new? manager..
i asked for 2 large cup of ice, usually $1 total. Tonight they tried to charge me $2.16, and was informed that small cups were free.. she was annoyed when I asked for 6 free cups of ice.. wouldn’t 2 larges for $1 have been a better business decision??
But I guess that’s why she’s a manager at a fast food place. Sharp as a bowl of milk. Thanks for the 6 cups, 6 lids, 6 straws brainiac!

My husband placed his order at the drive-thru, said that everything was correct on the screen and drove to the first window. A Supervisor was at the window and told him things that he had NOT ordered (which were more expensive than what he had) without even looking at the screen. My husband repeated his order, but the Supervisor told him that he was wrong. This back and forth continued until the Supervisor threw up her hands and walked away. The girl who had taken the order came back and he paid her. My husband checked the bag at the pickup window and everything was right. This is certainly poor customer service – especially from a Supervisor.

Don’t bother telling them no onion you’ll get extra. And make sure you check your Mc doubles before you drive off apparently they come with 1 patty? But hey at least they got the soda right :/
