I ordered a Spicy Delux Crispy Chicken Sandwich and added extra sauce. They gave me a plain sandwich. I guess they can’t read their screen nor the team leader double check the orders.

This specific McDonald’s here is by far the worst McDonald’s and management something needs to be done ASAP because they always do this everyday everyday and I’m so sick and tired of them not giving me what I ordered then having to come back again because of the order being wrong and I’m always missing part of my order and like today the breakfast sandwich was not made correctly was made so sloppy and my pies were burning very hard to even take a bite .. I need someone who can assist with this problem because it’s beyond ridiculous. The management here is beyond horrible and soo rude . Need to resolve this matter. I will have a higher up reach out to me.

It’s a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s fresh, hot and delicious. Sometimes, everything is stale even if it’s hot. Also, when you order mobile pickup, more often then not, you’re needing to go inside because your app will tell you “thanks for visiting” waiting about 10-20 min and when you do go inside to get your food, it’s just sitting there cold and stale. It’s understandable though, it gets busy!
