This location is more concerned with having sparkling glass and soapy concrete outside than it is with getting hot and fresh product out in a timely manner. I mean, it really is the customers fault for expecting a drive through line to move fast enough so their car doesn’t overheat. The gentleman is currently waiting on a tow truck.
Maybe management cares enough to schedule a skeleton crew, but yall couldn’t have sacrificed the labor to move the guy from cleaning windows to inside the kitchen on the line?
They say there are no such things as dumb questions and if you don’t know how to do something, ask.
Maybe the manager of this location needs to ask a really stupid question:
“How can I create a schedule that will make things easier on my staff and ensure coverage”

I’m so pleased on how they have been improving their order performance accuracy. Moving from constant errors to perfect execution, highlighting a major “turnaround” in performance. I hated leaving the drive-thru just to get back in the drive-thru, or even worse having to walk in due to the drive- thru line being ridiculously long. Not sure what they did but good job.

Came in on 8/20/2025. I needed to use the restroom before ordering. In this location a worker needs to open the restroom door. 4 mcdonald’s employees passed me as I waited patiently in the front. Not one single person acknowledged me or said welcome to McDonald’s. I had to flag down a person to open the restroom. I then ordered at the kiosk machine. And it was not working. Headed to counter and had to flag another person to help. Basically was told to use the kiosk machine. I informed them it wasn’t working. I got my order. Fries were basically thrown in the bag and not even inside the French fries bag. The person just placed the bag on the counter. Had to tell them I did not get my 2 sodas. They gave me my sodas but noticed that they were not even filled to the top. Had to ask for BBQ. I didnt even bother to ask them to top the soda. Another CUSTOMER had issues with kiosk and I saw a female employee roll her eyes at him and told him to use kiosk. He said it wasn’t working. I told her it wasn’t working. It looked like there was some argument with the employee and she was taking out her attitude on the CUSTOMERS. Mcdonald’s please do better. Customer service has always been key to happy and returning customers. I am never coming to this Mcdonald’s again. I rather drive 10 miles to another location then this one. 1. Greet your customers 2. Employees should work on their non-verbals. 3. Be nice.

Went in to pick up my mobile order, arrived at 10:20ish and waiting for them to come to the speaker for about 5/10 minutes. They said they no longer sold breakfast and cancelled my order. Manager gave me tons of attitude, not sure what the owner was thinking hiring people with no customer service. I would assume that would be the first thing to look at when interviewing. The phone is unhooked so calls can’t go through, tried calling back asking for the owner or general manager’s information.

I have to work in madera for a few months and every time I come to this McDonald’s something is wrong. The last time I went they forgot to bring my food out to the stall so they gave me 2 free combo coupons. I go back today to redeem one and they mess up again.

Mobile app wasn’t working properly in the Madera area, so we ordered at drive thru. We waited over 40 mins at drive thru after ordering, a huge line behind us. Alarms are going off & being ignored. Customer service sucks! No one had the common sense to let us know anything at all. Sodas are weak and the employees moving at a snail pace! After we got our order, we checked the bags… missing items. You’re kidding right? Had to wait again, just to park, go inside to ask for our missing sauces & nuggets. OMG! Do your job better & educate your employees on how customer service is done correctly.
