I noticed a lady staff member here. Who was doing an amazing job. If all McDonald’s had employees like her it would be a great amazing experience. She was making sure to go above and beyond with service also great smile and made you feel so welcomed. Her name tag said Shanel. I came in with my sons and they even took notice of her and asked me to leave this review for her. I hope they notify her of how amazing she makes people feel just with her happiness.

Generally I like this location. It’s pretty clean and the staff is friendly. My toddler loves using the play structure inside, it’s one of the multi level ones. The food is as expected, haven’t had an issue with it so far. Not super thrilled about how much the price of everything has gone up but I do use the deals and rewards on the app to help save money when I can.

Every time, a 20 minute wait for a burger and fries. The In N Out down the block has 5 times the people and never more than a 10 minute wait. There’s 10 people here, why a 20 minute wait? I’m done with this place. Never again.

My mom just stopped here for her little morning coffee and Costumer service is absolutely terrible!

Hairy burger!!! Found beard hairs in my chicken sandwich, felt disgusted and lost my appetite. The person preparing probably doesn’t have a beard net and I wonder how many other burgers have gone with hairs, since they are small and not that noticeable.

Only McDonald’s open on Christmas morning in Madera. Both ladies through the drive-thru were unbelievably nice! Mcmuffins were hot, fresh, and delicious. Made the morning great!

Why would you guys shove 3 meals into one bag? Not only that but WHY WOULD YOU PUT CHOCOLATE MILK IN A BAG WITH HOT FOOD?!?! Milk is supposed to be cold, correct? Sooooo my daughter has HOT MILK now because someone there is severely lacking common sense! Every single time we go there we either get cold food, warm drinks, or the wrong order entirely. It’s gotten to be ridiculous!!! Get it together! I’m still baffled that anybody working there thinks they deserve 15/hr wage! You can barely do your jobs for minimum wages.
