Incredibly slow service. Dining room and order kiosks are awkwardly positioned. On this Saturday morning, it was very busy but the staff didn’t seem to move any faster and never addressed the people stacking up waiting for orders, both in the dining room and drive though and curbside. We waited 45 minutes for our order. No apology, no explanation as to why it was taking so long – customer service was terrible. Employees would bring an order to the counter, say the order number, drop it and return to the kitchen, not staying to see if anyone came to pick it up, etc. Will never stop at that one again.

Employees are incredibly rude, terrible customer service. There was a long line of people waiting to place orders as the kiosks were down and it still took customers asking for help multiple times before someone actually came to take orders. After that the employees were just placing food on the counters and now saying what order number they were.

Had to be given a small cup of water. Last time I came here there was a lady who asked me what size for the water cup for me and a friend and I asked for a large for both and she gave it to me but today a guy gave me the water cup and it was small like I drank the 1st cup of water and it finished after i was done eating but I was still thirsty so I had to get back up to ask for a 2nd cup and I was given it and I went back to sit and I drank it then it was finished. I feel upset and disappointed by not given a bigger cup for water

As someone who used to be a manager for McDonalds I guess I have a standard on the time I wait for my order. After 20 mins, I got my order my frappe was melted down, food wasn’t even fresh. Only thing that was fresh was the hash browns & they were dripping in oil.

McDonald’s is the best place to drive through and order a large unsweetened perfectly fresh brewed black iced tea. The drive through employees are friendly and efficient. They have tap to pay and pre ordering via an app is possible but I never do since I’m driving and would never plan to purposely eat at a McDonald’s the food is edible but unhealthy and driving through is always more out of undisciplined impulsive hunger. Then I may get something like a highly processed too much peppered breaded chicken sandwich on a white bun from their value menu.

I’ve always had the best experience with this McDonald’s.
I ordered a cheap sausage muffin because the one with egg was expensive. It made my early morning start to work to see that there was a delicious big egg in there!!
Another time I ordered a mcfrappe early and the machine was broken. I asked the manager if I could have a caramel macchiato and they made it despite the price difference! And upgraded it to a large. The staff in the morning are wonderful.

Didn’t get my order right my fault for not checking got the freway back right away, wasn’t able to go back, it was a online order, missing a big mac, i order a quarter pounder for husband didnt get that!
