If I could give 0 stars, I would. Normally, I’d never have a problem with this location. After all the negative comments and reviews I’ve read and heard about this location, I’ve been lucky to not have a bad experience until recently. I placed a mobile order through the app, drove to the location and parked curbside. App said expect about 5 minutes for order to be out. While my family and I waited for our order, we watched people walk up to the doors, grab the handle to try to open only to find out it’s locked. They were closed. Employees were inside ignoring customers at the door. There were a few customers parked curbside likely waiting for their orders as well. I0 minutes go by, then 15 then 20 so I drpve to the drive thru and that was coned off. I parked again and walked up to the door and saw a sign that said sorry we’re closed. Doesn’t explain why. I understand it was Columbus Day but I don’t think McDonalds has ever closed on that holiday. I drove away bc we had somewhere to be and hoping that my amount of $14.24 wouldn’t be deducted from my account. I thought if the location was closed, it would say so on the app or wouldn’t allow you to even place an order but that wasn’t the case. After a day or two, I cked my acct and the money was taken out when I didn’t even receive any of the food I ordered bc it was closed. I tried calling the location numerous times and left voicemails with no calls back. I even contacted McDonalds support online and they’ve forwarded both my emails to the owner/manager of that specific location. I received nothing. This is a true disappointment and frustrated is an understatement. I’m boycotting this mcds.

They display and let you order from the breakfast menu in the drive-thru at 10:28, but then charge you obscene, non-breakfast hour prices after you get to the window, claiming you ordered after 10:30 because their line is so slow.

I ordered two happy meals and I wanted to order 2 McDoubles patties for my kids and the guy told me they didn’t have them on the menu anymore. He lied to me. I don’t know why they always have an attitude. If they don’t want to do their job they should stay home. To be honest I noticed that people from Rosamond always have an attitude. I don’t understand why? I moved here 3 yrs ago and I regret it since then.

Service was soo slow inside, lunch time around 2pm inside is crazy busy. After school is out, 3pm-ish drive-thru is packed (school is off now for summer), staff forgot items from our order this last time we went, happy meal was missing the juice and the toy, that’s the reason our kids get them! Previously we asked for bbq sauce and get home and realize there is none, things like that, small, but still annoying. Keep going because it’s so close to home, but going to probably look for an alternate place to eat and hang-out; out of the heat. Playplace is open, they do provide disinfecting wipes and keep their restrooms clean. Air conditioning earns them 5 stars Lol. Food is okay, but definitely customer service and speed for food prep needs work.

New, nice and clean. Workers were friendly and food was fresh and hot. They have self order screens. The location is actually the new one on Magic Mountain Parkway down the hill from Magic Muntain.
