I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your establishment on 12/7. I placed a curbside order for breakfast at 10:20 A.M., which I understand can take some time, especially during busy periods. However, I waited for an excessive 50 minutes without any updates or communication regarding the status of my order.

Upon entering the restaurant to inquire about my order, I was informed that it had been completed and mistakenly given to another customer. I requested a replacement, but I was informed that I could not receive one because breakfast service had ended. This response was disappointing and unacceptable, as it resulted in a complete loss of my breakfast meal after a significant wait.

While I appreciate that I received a refund for my order, the time I spent waiting cannot be recovered, and it was not the ideal start to my morning. I hope you will take this matter seriously and implement measures to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Emily, in the drive thru. Last time I came, it was my birthday, and Emily was super nice and even gave me a birthday sticker lol, ( stickers have no age limit, btw!). Came back today, almost a month and a half later, and she still remembers me! You can’t fake that kind of customer service. I’m also a delivery driver and I see and meet thousands of people, both restaurant workers and customers and you can tell when someone is genuine, and I appreciate Emily for that! Thanks again!

This location is notorious for being the worst fast food restaurant in the AV. Customer service is all but nonexistent. Very poorly managed. Waiting times are ridiculous and management could not care less. If you must have McDonald’s, avoid this one at all costs.

The Girls here are slow as hell! They got my order wrong multiple time on multiple visits and after having my car washed they made me put both my windows down leaving my windows hella dirty it’s like getting your new jays stepped on . Fr tho 3/10 service

Literally I only wanted to spend 12$ because of this store I had to go spend 24$ somewhere else and literally it started raining heavily and my car got soaked with water, yes water getting on the inside of my car… how the hell don’t you guys have sausage mc muffins in stock?? ridiculous! I spent a month trying to speak to every manager available and every time they say they call me back they ended up stealing $45 for charges that I never authorized them to make on my card after going through the drive-thru and only ordering $12 worth of food. I have the charges to prove it and the manager said there’s nothing she could do the card issuer is prepaid so it wouldn’t allow me to get my money back. Try not to go to this place they haven’t had orange juice in 2 months because their machine is broken and it’s clearly always busy so it’s not like they can’t afford it but maybe the manager is smoked out

Double Big Mac Meal. Drive Thru service. I didn’t want to eat inside with everything going on. There was a line but it didn’t take long to get my food. It was fresh. Fries were hot. I gotta admit… The burger was good. I just had to try it and it didn’t disappoint!
