Very disappointed with this visit. I verified my order three separate times, and the receipt clearly shows what I ordered. Even the food wrappers were labeled correctly, yet both the food and drinks inside were wrong. It honestly felt careless and avoidable. I don’t mind an occasional mistake, but when everything is confirmed multiple times and still comes out incorrect, it’s frustrating. This experience made me question the attention to detail at this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. My order took over 30 minutes, even though I requested it for dine-in, and they still gave it to me in a to-go bag. On top of that, they didn’t include any sauces or condiments, not even napkins. I expected much better service. Hopefully they improve their organization and customer care.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s due to the manager’s attitude. When I asked for help with an issue with my order, the manager was dismissive and unprofessional, and did not try to resolve the problem. Customer service starts with leadership, and unfortunately this manager did not show that. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated with respect.

More than 40min waiting they were ignoring everyone inside and only helping drive through. Im still even waiting right now. They also ignored people wanting to order with cash & they gave food all out of order. They were also very rude to another lady who had been waiting on the pick up parking spots.

Horrible experience , horrible customer service. Expect for one worker he was very polite
Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but thank you for being kind and helpful.

But Lindsay on the other hand is the worst , I think she’s just naturally bitter. But if you don’t like your job look for something else . Customer service should be your priority and that’s something you lack .
So from my understanding,
you are only able to get two orders per car . I was picking up my sister’s fries she had previously ordered via mobile as (they should have been ready) . They refused to get give it to me in the drive through , they said I had to get back in line be I had already placed two orders . I asked if the doors were open, I can just get off . They said yes . Well upon getting off the doors were closed it was 9pm . I called the number and Lindsay picked up . She said that I had to get back in line again and she cannot bring me the fries because it’s closed and it was policy not to open the doors . The line of the drive thru was long I informed and explained to her . She said she couldn’t do anything about it . 2 mins later she opens the restaurants door and she comes out with someone else’s food and delivers them their meal in there car it’s was like 9:20 at that point . When I asked her if she can just get me my fries she refused and said she only got out because supposedly that customer forgot his order? I explained to her that it doesn’t Makes any sense and it’s literally not that Hard. She literally contradicted herself. And walks away as I’m still taking .
I know it’s just fries but the way it was handled was not it .

I Rather drive farther to get my meal instead of here . She should find another job that doesn’t involve her with customers.
I can only imagine how she treats her workers.

I went through the drive through and they told me to park on the side. waited a couple mins which i didn’t mind. unfortunately, I didn’t realize until i got home but they forgot some items. I tried calling the number on the receipt but the number is out of service??!! crazy! Im sure this is their way of avoiding upset customers, not cool!

Save your time and take your money to a different McDonald’s. Time and time I give THIS location a “second chance” and they fail miserably every time. Drive-thru takes minimum of 30-45 minutes and if you go in the lobby there is ABSOLUTELY NO staff to help you with any questions.

Management here is absolutely garage. Ordered mobile pick up and lobby was closed. Couldn’t cancel the order. By the time I got my food in the drive though it was cold.30 minutes later. fries were cold. burgers were cold. kids happy meal was cold .
They need new management here. Employees were nice enough to replace my fries with fresher ones at the least.
