We waited in line for over 20 minutes. An employee/cashier told us she would help us because we were paying in cash, but she never came back. We continued waiting until the menu switched from breakfast to lunch, and then we finally left.
Horrible service. Not a single employee stepped in to help us. McDonald’s really needs to do better with customer service—especially since not everyone pays with a card. If I could give this location a 0 I would .

I went and got two old snack wraps that were to hard to bite into. I received unsweetened tea when I asked for sweat tea. The drive thru too so long that by time I got home (I live 3 mins away) my ice cream was melted. Terrible service.

Had such amazing service from Leah! She is seriously the best. So kind and courteous and had a smile the entire time. It was fast service and the food was incredible. It is rare to find such a hard worker with great customer service so Leah stood out to me!! Thanks again!!

They run a ghost ship here. We’ve been here over an hour and no one’s cleaned dirty tables or made sure there’s room in the trash cans. Good thing there’s robot kiosks to save on hiring more employees!

This is a great McDonald’s. It’s the only McDonald’s there is in Taft. The food is good and the service is fast and friendly. I gave five stars because they had been skipping on fries but lately they’ve been really good. Of course the food is getting real expensive as it is everywhere I can’t take away stars for that. So overall, yeah a great McDonald’s.
