Best place on earth I got a Big Mac and ate it all then Bobby showed up and we had an atomic dap. Employees are very nice. However I ripped my pants and the employees told me where the Ross was. 5 stars!

There is an Asian female server in the store whose attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. She is clearly not suitable to be working here. In contrast, the other staff members were very friendly and provided great service.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a coke with my meal, but got a dr pepper. The fries were also cold, but i just decided to keep them and not make a fuss because i was in a hurry. I decided to go inside to get the soda replaced though, and when a male worker approached me i explained what happened, and he pointed to a shorter, large older woman with a long blonde braid and a grey sweater (assuming it was a manager.) She walked up in a hostile way and said “what do you want.” In a rude tone. When i explained to her that i wanted a coke, she stomped away and made it for me without saying another word, and barked at her employee to give it to me once it was ready. It was very hostile and dismissive. This, along with the stale fries and the dry, old chicken patty on my sandwich (given to me with no sauce whatsoever), left a bad taste in my mouth. This is the second time my fries have been old and cold from this mcdonalds, and I will not be returning due to that womans nasty attitude. I feel terrible that she’s in charge of others with the way that she spoke to me as well as her coworker.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The fries had enough salt to drop kick an Elephant. My quarter pounder was dry and tough. They charged me for the large fry I asked for but gave me a medium and when we mentioned it they said oh well sorry and walked away…

Great McD it’s on a very busy intersection and close to a carwash. I think this is probably one of the cleanest McDonalds in town. You can place your order on the app and just drive through and grab your food and drinks. The drive thru staff is very friendly and they even were willing to “drop” another hash brown so that it was hot and fresh! 10 out of 10

I was there a day ago, I saw that they had hello kitty happy meal toys, I asked if I could buy the toys without buying the happy meals. They told me no, I had to buy the whole meal. I came back the next day and asked for happy meals to get the hello kitty toys for my kids. They said they didnt have the hello kitty toys any more….. then why didnt you tell me that before we ordered the happy meal? They could have told me they were limited the day before. I feel its messed up. Considering the toys are already all over Ebay! I came to your business to do things the right way, and get this type of service. Clearly I didnt need to buy the happy meal if people are already selling full sets on EBAY! We visit this location regularly! And that’s what we got… its just frustrating. More reason to not go to McDonald’s Guess ill spend my Money on ebay and get better food somewhere else next time.

(everything’s in the bag) I assure you everything was not in the bag. Probably should of checked but didn’t. Don’t trust the employees when they tell you (everything’s in the bag). Called offered to replace the happy meal. But waisted my time and gas last time I checked gas is 5 dollars a gallon in California. McDonald’s don’t care just want to offer your order they should of got right the first time. That is all people of the Internet
