I wish I didnt have to put 1 star.. that is one start more than they deserve.
Horrible attitude amd service from cashier(if thats even their title since they didnt more complaining about wanting to go home rather than take orders or greet a single person).
Would recommend going to a different McDonald’s if you would like fresh food and hopefully better service too. The fries were stale and refried. Nothing was fresh.

Great customer service!! The food was great!! The coffee was great!! We ordered online and were given our food very quickly!! Everything tasted very good as you would expect!! I personally had a great experience and was very happy with the service I was given!! I would definitely come back and I do recommend it!! I don’t come to McDonald’s very often but this time was very good!

Me and my fiancé got food Sunday at 12:55pm the burgers were all smashed down and the paper wrap was inside out, it took them 20 minutes just to give us 3 burgers 2 LG fries and a 10 piece nugget, I saw numerous health code laws being broken by the GM and other employees I also got unsweet tea when I asked for sweet and when I complained got told get over it. They were not in a rush either so I’m not sure why they had so many issues going on, the employees also continued to give dirty looks

Missing food seriously SUCKS especially after you get home and it’s so far you don’t want to go back. You get paid $20 an hour now and u can’t even do that. Spent $30 and missing $10 worth of food! Nuggets and large fries. So frustrating!

I was in line waiting behind a lady that was paying for her meal. When it was my turn the cashier asked me if I can order with the kiosk saying that she was too busy. I dont see why they now have cash registers if they refuse to take orders at the registers. I don’t like using the kiosk. Its dirty and inconvenient. If they are too busy, maybe they should hire more people!

Attention, they are giving wrong orders to the DoorDash drivers. They don’t even put the receipt on the bag and when we show them, that’s the right order, they say yeah, that’s the right order and when it go to the customer, the customer report for the wrong order. Make sure that the right order.

Worst McDonald’s location. The manager Jake is unprofessional and will argue and cuss out customers. I ordered a sausage McMuffin and the biscuit was rock hard. To many incidents at this location corporate needs to s nd a secret shopper to shut them down and retrain the employees I contacted the health department hopefully they can get this location to start doing better

Fast food is now more expensive than homemade food and restaurant food. Not only them price go up, but the quality and size of the menu shrunk. It’s not worth it, but you’re in a hurry, why wait 10 mins for a burger when you can cook eggs at home with breads in less than 5 minutes. Did not meet my q/q (quality and quantity)
