I stopped by this McDonald’s location since I was across the street at the Tmobile store. I got the alert about the Big Mac deal through the app and using the mobile order so I did that. The app is totally broken because the clock delay like 3 minutes so it’s not in sync. Going through the drive thru was easy because there was only 1 car in front of me. The app knew when I was around the store so it give me the mobile code. When you pull into the ordering box, it will ask if you’re using the mobile app first. After I said yes, the worker responded and I give him the code. When I pulled to the first window, I asked if I could get light ice on my coke and he said that’s fine. When I pulled to the second window, they handed me my drink and ask if I wanted any sauces so I said ketchup. It didn’t take long for my order to be ready. REMEMBER TO ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER AND DRINK YOUR SODA BEFORE LEAVING. I took a sip of my drink and it was ice tea so I told them and they refilled it with soda but not with light ice and not filled to the top. Then they forgot to give me ketchup in the bag and position the French fries the wrong way so it of course spilled. The only good thing was that they give me a decent amount of fries and didn’t just give a little like other Mcdonalds location has. The Big Mac was okay and they followed my customization by asking for no onions or pickles.

Rude. Very rude. They are trying to eliminate inside ordering. Dont make eye contact so you dont exist. They tell you at full volume to go thru drive thru they’re busy. Mgr admitted she wants to stop inside ordering.

Order was late and incorrect. I was told they were remaking the order but fries were cold therefore seriously doubt they were remade. I was informed they were short staffed.

Go there every morning for breakfast, but a couple of all elderly people in the morning always have their dog in there and I believe it’s not a service animal that is totally wrong. If they’re gonna allow that then I’ll bring my dog in there.

New edit: where have the foil pouch chicken sandwiches gone? The mcchicken is still moist and delicious, but every other chicken sandwich now comes in a paper box and is dry, overcooked, stringy, and I literally had to spit out my bite because I was still chewing five full minutes later. Then I threw the whole sandwich in the trash where it belongs.
