I placed my order thru the app at 10:37am, on the app it specified that breakfast was served until 10:59am. The app has access to my location. At about 10:56am I get to the restaurant. The app tells me my order is being worked on. I stay in my car and wait until the app tells me my order is ready. That doesn’t happen, so at about 11:05 I go inside. Once I’m at the counter I notice that my order isn’t at the to go order section .I am asked what the order number is, as I open the app it starts to glitch. It does not allow me to view the order number; I try and explain this to one of the staff members but she walks away. I over hear her or one of her coworkers say it’s the order with the three hash browns. Another employee approaches the counter and says to me that I needed to be within the vicinity and that’s probably why the app was glitching. She ends the conversation with saying I should receive an automatically refunded. Considering the location knew part of my order; I was within the vicinity before 10:59am. I don’t understand why my order couldn’t be fulfill. I would understand if the location was busy but from what I recall the location was close to empty. I don’t believe the app mentions anything about being within the vicinity before 10:59am. I think the app should also make that clear.

They’re breakfast sausage burritos are way bigger than any other McDonald’s and for the same price. Plus, cone ice cream is only 1.29 while other McDonald’s are 2.99 plus tax! You get a better deal here for sure

I had some decaf coffee here, I love McDonald’s decaf. I actually had to go into the building because their drive thru was congested. Inside though the line was fairly small and I got my coffee right away. I used their wifi to update my iPhone while drinking my decaf.

my moms burger was pink inside and still raw.. there ice machine wasn’t working, and they even had corporate in there. service was bad had 6 people waiting in line just for there food, the lady in front was taking her sweet time. there was only one person in the front taking orders.

Let me get straight to the point. Lacking in customer service, rude, and not accurate with orders. You can’t be rude ANNNNDDD mess up someone order. The woman who took my order sounded pleasant until I told her I had a code for a 99 cent coffee…then she sounded like she had an attitude. As I received my order the lady walked away. When she returned I asked if my coffee was sweet….since I don’t frequent McDonald’s. She ignored me, so I asked again as her and another lady just stood there looking up at a screen or something. Then she just stared at me and nodded her head. Then asked if I needed sugar and she pretty much just moved her mouth with no sound. Weird, but ok. I get 30 min away to my destination so I could eat before working. I specifically said sub for the round egg, NO FOLDED EGG. Guess what I didn’t get. I got a whole lot of attitude and a brush off and no round egg! It’s not hard either and they weren’t busy. I used to work at McDonald’s so I know! I give it 2 stars because at least it was still warm.

Asked for extra ketchup and extra pickle. Pickles all lumped together on one side of the burger. I hate it when I have to stick my fingers in my food to arrange them so I don’t get all the pickles in one bite. Come on guys you can care more than this!!

I wouldnt say its okay.. But fair. Floor was bit dirty. Too many staff but no one bother to sweep the floor. My food was quick to serve though.
