This McDonald location is horrendous , they forget things, my order is wrong 99% of the time, my food is mostly cold, the service isn’t awful but occasionally I get someone with a bad attitude. I’ve even ordered off door dash from this location and my order is STILL wrong, recently they forgot our drinks in the bag or utensils, sauce, it’s super frustrating. I’ve given this location a few chances but it’s been so frustrating. I hope the owner of this location works on these issues. Do better for your customers and employees.

Says it’s open 24 hours and we submitted a mobile order to pick up that was paid for on the app, when we arrive employees were leaving but left all the lights on and everything. We were unable to get the food we paid for, and when you try to call the store it beeps like the phone is just completely off the machine on purpose. This has been happening almost all the time. Don’t list the store as 24 hrs if ur going to close before 2am and certainly don’t allow people to make mobile orders that are already PAID for, if ur employees are going to leave early.

Went inside for the 1st time in a year. What a disgraceful atmosphere, front counter has been cut down to nothing, no soda machine, no condiments, fewer seats. It makes you feel so unwelcome as a guest. My disappointment is not with the employees but the chain itself, seriously rethink whatever strategy this is I’ve never felt a restraunt wanted my money less than yours

We went through a long line at drive through to get ice-cream. That was all we wanted. The machine was broken. Now we became stuck in the drive through line for 7 minutes because there was no exit. When asked for a free child’s soda or child’s fries to compensate for the wait and the broken machine, wr were told no. Poor customer service. They should have put up a sign up that read “ice-cream machine down, sorry for the inconvenience.”

A few months ago I posted out poorly this McDonald’s is run. It’s gotten even worse. I know 7 different people who say they won’t ever go back to this location now. They have signs up for items they aren’t selling, machines are NEVER working, last 4 times I went before they got my order wrong several times and even had employees arguing with each other about who took my order and what they got wrong. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The place was disgusting, every single table was dirty, trash on the floor, and the bathrooms looked like a gas station bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Not a single napkin anywhere. I ordered for here and they still threw my food in a to-go bag, I had to get up and figure it out myself. They didn’t even give me my drink, I had to go ask for it. I stood up front waiting for napkins and the workers literally looked right at me and ignored me until I said “excuse me.” The service was painfully slow even though the store wasn’t busy at all not even a line, they just didn’t care. The manager I assume was maybe my age probably 20, chopped maybe 5’6 at most fire him. He would look so confused at even me asking for ketchup.
The fries were cold, the burger was smashed like someone sat on it, and the whole place smelled nasty. The employees acted like it was a chore just to do their job. I rarely ever write reviews or complain but this place was so disgusting I couldn’t believe it. By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever stepped into and I’ll never come back, I would go as far as to say I’m going to tell everyone to come here just to write a negative review so they see it’s not just a one day thing. The people that came after me even complained about the dirtyness of this place
