The manager Kimberly Martinez and another woman that has a black Nissan Sentra, came outside when I was getting on my car and started yelling at me about leaving my trash on the tray and I was confused because no other fast food has ever done that before, they were so bother by that when they work for a fast food restaurant, arguing with me and I’m pregnant i should press charges for harassing me! Kimberly should have gone to college to become a president not my problem she has to do her job.

I did an order drive up and when I got to the spot the app glitched and I was unable to add my spot number. My order said I can go inside or drive through next so I went to the drive through and the first girl said she couldn’t find it with my order number and when I asked for a manager I was told that he was busy and he couldn’t help. I went to the next window where a young man called the manager for me and once the manager came he was very rude rolling his eyes to me and being extremely rude saying he couldn’t help me and he had a lot of orders to deal with. I advised I was not going to get off due to having my dog with me and the app stated I can get my order in the drive through. The manager than asked what was my order extremely annoyed with me at this point and then walked away
The young man who helped me at the second window who was a regular employee then found my order and gave me it and the young crew member apologized for the difficulty in the app as he has heard of this issue before.
I’m upset with how the first girl employee acted with me and the manager not wanting to help me and instead insisted he couldn’t find my order or order number and he was to busy. If the manager would have looked like the young crew boy did he would have found my order quicker instead of arguing with me and not even offering an apology for being rude. My food was cold at that point but I was so frustrated and dissatisfied I wasn’t going to tell the of that next.

Omg they screamed at me in the drive thru!!! I was traveling to go visit my family. My grandma just wanted some chicken nuggets. I was also trying to place an order halfway thru my order the lady left . No one came back to finish my order. So I get to the window she started to tell me my order but it’s only half of what I was trying to order and it was completely wrong. When I told her my order is all messed up she started screaming at me and then she gave me a threatening voice of im getting my manager right now!!! Omg I thought she was going to call the cops on me. The manager didn’t even apologize for her rude horrible attitude he is like what do you want to order I got this from you. I’m like that is nowhere what I ordered. I told him just cancel it. I told him I never been here before I’m a traveler from another state. This psyco lady needs to be fired!!

The manager “Matthew” is so unprofessional and rude. He should have better customer service working here. He needs to do better, he is not manager stander. This is how I received my large fries and he didn’t believe it and began saying it can’t be, it can’t be.. then his behavior was just rude. Check the cameras to prove this is how they were filled or should I say lack of fill!? Very little and nothing was done about it because of him!

Today I placed a delivery order and I didn’t receive the 2 BBQ sauces that come with the 10-piece nuggets, nor the extra BBQ sauce that I PAID for. I also paid almost $6 extra for double patties and extra cheese on the Big Mac, and they didn’t add any of it. I find this very disrespectful, and on top of that, the app doesn’t provide any way to submit a complaint or request a refund

I did curb side pickup and waited over 30min.for my food I watched probably 20different people go thru drive thru and get their food before me. Not even an apology was offered. My frappe was completly melted and iceless. Bs

they had 7 cars waiting for the drive thru pull up here… i waited for 20 minutes, who knows how long the cars before me waited. we already paid and they sent us away to wait even longer after the initial wait to get into the drive thru…

Slow service.
Drive thru line was 10 cars deep. Walked in and order small coffee. 10 minutes later got coffee ready in my hand minus the sugar and creamer.
Had to wait for nice cashier to go back of the store for sugar/creamer.
There where customer around me annoyed with the long wait time. Floor manger was super busy and did not acknowledge the irritated customer in the lobby.
Machine order kiosk was down.
Place is very clean and maybe shorted staff. Made coffee pit stop on a Sunday around 10am.

Food was great no complaints. But the interaction the employee had with customer was not a friendly one of helpful to the customer at all. He couldn’t order from the kiosk and she didn’t want to manually take his order. She got upset and mad and made him the customer react angrily and mad. The situation was not handled correctly and the customer was not treated well at all. I was not involved. I observed the situation. I wont return no more even though I wasn’t offended, its a very negative experience plus when I ordered and went to pay the guy was like “we don’t accept $100 bills”
