It’s been a long time since I last visited, and I had a Big Mac, French fries, and Chicken McNuggets. The overall look and texture were good, but the burger patty had a distinct meat smell that made it a bit uncomfortable to eat. Maybe it’s because I haven’t had it in such a long time! Other burger places don’t have that smell. Ordering through the kiosk was very convenient since they bring everything to your table, but the most important thing is definitely the taste. I’ll give it another try next time!

Order taken at 1:50 pm, man not helpful. He would not answer me, I wanted to change the order. I pulled & ask to change the order, he stared at me. (What? Did he eat something that didn’t agree with him?) I paid him and he was extremely dismissive. 03/01/2026.

Food came out at a decent pace. However, I just wanted to get napkins to wipe down my table because they were all dirty even though they were slow. There was a guy who brought up orders and just ignored me. Terrible customer service. Then, I was given sauces that were broken and open. I had to wait even longer just to get sauce. A manager brought it to me eventually, and she was nice, but some of these employees are straight up rude. Not busy enough for me to be ignored or forgot about.

2:52pm-3:03pm Thursday September 08, 2022 – Every week the building closes too early dine-in closes at 8:00pm while drive-thru closes at 9:00pm if the hours are different then why didn’t they change their sign? The line in the dine-in was extremely full a guy spoken to me about his issue with this place and I felt awful and decided that to let him order first because he only wanted two drink from the drive-thru and I can’t believe that he had to deal with the driving because the drive-thru is extremely short! I placed my order on the McDonald’s kiosks and when I was getting ready to pay this cashier charged me $1.82 for a large drink when all the drinks should be $1.04 that’s ridiculous but after I paid there was a bunch of ants all over the register while the seats have a bucket of water from roof floods I don’t know where to sit that’s not taken or wet also after waiting for my order there’s spilled Coke on the table (which will bring more bugs in the dine-in) and when I got my food my order was good hot and fresh made exactly the way I wanted (which is excellent work on the sandwich & fries) I just hope it doesn’t make me sick like last time when I came over but when I opened the lid from my drink there was like less Coke from and melted ice and I had to ask for more because that just looks like my beverage was rushed and the flavor of the soda was no good anymore because it tastes watery now.

We normally go to this spot all the time after work but recently the service was terrible. The lady at the window was rude and unfriendly. They messed up our order terribly and the soda was watered down. We love this place but the service today was awful 🙁

I went to order food at this location and one of the employees were in the using the toilet and he didn’t even lift up the toilet seat up went all over the seat. So I went to tell the employees about it. They don’t seem to care have any remorse. To apologize! That’s the worst customer service ever

Ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and medium fries. I have an allergy to onions so I asked them to hold them. They didn’t!! Just like every other time, it was covered in onions! But the worst thing is the patty wasn’t cooked all the way. Very pink in the middle and one side! And the fries were stone cold and little pieces! All this for over $18.00 That’s it McDonald’s… NEVER AGAIN!!!

Annoyed today because we ordered at the drive thru burgers with no cheese, and while the receipts and labels said no cheese, the burgers all had cheese on them. We didn’t know until we got home, and weren’t going to drive back. Can your employees read?

Worst experience ever. I was in drive through and a woman there couldn’t get my orders correctly, said multiple times. Then I was waiting in line, didn’t move my car at all and she’s asking what to order again multiple times. I said I already ordered, and which was okay. But, once got my drink, I realized it was not a diet coke but more like sparkling water.
