Esther was the nicest and got my order ready and deserved 10/10
They have the drive thru blocked off with register1 and they have a register that had a paper that says register 1 , the lady by the name said I was standing in the wrong line and was very rude; I waited 10 minutes before she took my already paid for order. The two ladies started laughing about what I said but they were so stubborn. I’m literally following the instructions they put out . They eventually moved the paper to the wall.
Update: wrong soda, missing customizations on burger

It is a Homeless shelter! 80% of customers are homeless and you can smell urine and stool all the time you eat food! The worst McDo branch I have ever been to! Last two photos are newer!

I have never reviewed a McDonalds but this time I’ve had to due to the lack of attention and disrespect from the staff at the drive thru. Staff is slow at the attention level and also there lack of manners is none existent. Good Lord I kept it together.

Took a very long time to service 5 cars . Then they’re gave me 1 happy meal and asked me to pull over and wait for 2nd. And that took another long time . Basic 4 pieces nuggets and fries. Big ice cubes in my frappe . It took a long time

My order was ready, yet I was forced to wait over 30 minutes for no reason. No explanation, no apology, and very poor customer service. Time matters, and this delay was completely unacceptable. Definitely disappointed and will think twice before ordering from this location again.

The staff are so focused on what they are doing that it took over 5 minutes to get anyone’s attention to get a sauce. Staff needs training that basic customer service is lacking when they focus only on speed. Not that speed isn’t also important.

I utilized the application to place an order. Upon arrival, I observed a queue of approximately 10-15 vehicles. The wait time in the drive-through line was approximately 50 minutes, and I was unable to exit the line. The order included items associated with the Monopoly promotion. Regrettably, the medium fries and spicy Mc-Crispy sandwich did not include a game piece.

The food and the staff were pretty good and the restaurant was reasonably clean, could have been a little faster but the toilets were disgusting and don’t offer hand towel apart from that a good McDonald’s.
