wow. just wow. im currently lost for words. i dont even think gordan ramsay himself could have made a better meal. i got the mcgangbang and the server delightfully made it with grace that could only be rivaled by the food made in food wars. the diddy sauce was a great touch and it definitaly touched my taste buds. im speechless, 50/10.

I hate coming to this location because they never have ice cream and they always seem to have problems with the app. BUT I work over gearing and sometimes I don’t wanna have to drive all the way to another location. I ordered a Big Mac meal and my fries came out half filled and cold, and my burger ordered with just mayo, cheese and onions came out with pickles which is whatever I just pulled them off. They weren’t busy though so idk why my food was cold.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been the service is horrible. The environment is also horrible. I went there to eat there and all the tables were dirty. I had to ask like five times so they could clean my table. Had to wait like 10 minutes to get napkins..

I’m a late night dasher, so I rushed to this location over 10 min before closing so I can use their restroom. I usually will buy a drink or dessert so I’m still a “paying customer.” I saw a lady walking out, so I confidently walked to the door, only to find it was locked. This employee pictured near the door signaled they were closed. I pointed at the bathroom so maybe he could see I just needed to use the restroom and let me in. But nothing. This sign at their door is pointless when they won’t follow it themselves. You can see the time stamp the picture was taken.

4am did not want make my food when I ordered the food online and I explained and I cannot cancelled the order because the food was already being prepped and she says she can’t because she does not have the code while I tell her that I have the code. Remodeled inside and it looks way better than before. Im surprised on how nice it actually looks. Makes me want to come inside rather than going to drive thru. Very nice. Oh and my food is always right and hot, i have no complaints about this one.

I asked for more mayo and the manager just took the burger from my hands and licked it!! I asked for a happy meal, and got a DISAPPOINTMENT MEAL. Cant believe they let anyone run these places. Make me leave feeling like i should just walk into the LA fire and die. No point of living if mcdonalds cant get my order right. No one loves me anymore.

I dont know what these employees are doing, but the food is always hot and so good. Maybe that’s the reason there’s always a long line when I go, but it’s worth it.

My car stopped in the center of the drive-thru today! I was so embarrassed but the staff was literally go helpful and made me feel safe, while also providing the best customer service, and great food!! The manager went above and beyond to every other customer and I’d have to say you did a great job with hiring this locations staff!! Shout out to ITZEL and CLAUDIA THEY GET A RAISE!! $$$$$$
