If I could give NO stars. I would. They are so so slow and no they were not busy during my visit. My husband is DEATHLY allergic to onions. His throat will swell up instantly. Obviously he ALWAYS says no onions. So after the food took well over 25 minutes to get you’d think it’d be fresh and correct. Absolutely NOT. He came out side opened his burger and checked it just in case and not only was the meat old and hard looking it had onions still on it even though they thought they could brush them off? It took so long he was about to pick off the remaining onions and just eat it. But I told him to take it back inside because one it’s old and we weren’t going to risk it. Another 15 to twenty minutes later he came out and told me that at first they argued with him saying he didn’t say no onions and he was a liar until he showed them his receipt that said in all caps NO ONIONS they said they’d make a new one well they did said the order mcdouble no onions and put it in another order and just left him standing up at the front like i said for 15 more minutes until he had to say “so am I getting my burger with no onions or what?!” Jesus thank goodness we used a gift card. They are not worthy of our hard earned money.

I went to McDonald’s for breakfast. I ordered a breakfast platter and asked the cashier if she could modify my platter. She refused to do so even though I told I was able to pay the difference. I called the manager Valentina to complain and she wasn’t much help she basically sided with her employee. SHAME ON YOU MCDONALD’S FOR NOT modifying someone’s meal based on their dietary restrictions. Please retrain your staff especially Valentina.

Had a bad experience here.
Ordered food and sat inside.
Noticed there is a bad problem with flies and mosquitoes in dining area.
Not what you want when. You going to have lunch.
Did not want to complain, as there was a line of people waiting to order
This ruined our meal.

Ordered a Happy Meal for my niece and this is what they gave for fries. Only 8 pieces and 4 of them weren’t even a full fry. Also. The burger didn’t have any ketchup or mustard. Such a sad hamburger. Wouldn’t recommend coming here. They give you the same toy for everyone as well.

This location is always friendly, but I do have to ask for everything fresh if I dont somtimes I get cold frys,who wants cold frys, or a sandwich thats cold.
I have been visiting this location since 2012 as I work at John Wayne Airport.
Unfortunately 80%of the time they say the icecream machine does not work. Right now we’re going on 3 months straight .
I visit the restaurant after 8p.m. now .
But the daytime shift says the same about 50% of the time.
Overall I love this Mc Donalds when the food is fresh.
There are 2 employees that have been there for the longest time and are always so welcoming.
1 is a younger kid with slick back hair,he’s Hispanic and im blind so I never get his name. He’s been there atleast 5 years.
The awsome manager that makes my experience great also is Salvador ,middle aged, handsome bald mexican .
He always finds a way to make you laugh or smile.
I believe he’s promoted to manger, and if I ever have an issue ,he makes it right.
I ordered 3 weeks ago 2 double cheeseburgers. I got 2 single burgers .
Not only did he replace the order , he gave me a refund for the invoice on my next order.

The manager valentina was really rude. I was waiting in line for 5 minutes while she was on the phone with family. I complained about the attitude, then she told me to get my food somewhere else. If you don’t value customers, this job is not for you.

This is the worst McDonalds I ever ordered at it took them almost 35 minutes for them to give me a McRib sandwich it was not really hot and the Fries were cold too the the people working there are very very rude I will never advise any one to eat here my grand daughter ordered the breakfast sandwich it was really hard and if you complain about the wait or food they get mad and the manager a man that I spoke to is very rude and very unprofessional I will never eat here again and I’m making sure to post this every where so please will know this McDonalds is terrible

Been going to McDonald’s for over a decade and I can honestly say this was the best one I’ve ever been at for the food. Service was pretty rough but food was well cooked, fresh (as McDonald’s can get), tasted and seasoned great. Maybe it was just a late night but honestly would come back to the location.

Went to this McDonals and waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. The speaker doesn’t even work and you can barely understand what they are saying. I just decided to drive off. Worst experience at a McDonalds!
