I have been going to this Mcd’s since I was 5yo… 40 years lol. Now Im bringing my yound daughter here. It’s a good McDonalds, always fast service, great employees. They also support my daughter’s local elementary school which is great.

Okay, I have been here several times and I get the same results. I give the order of 2 for 6 with lightly toasted English muffins, with extra butter. I don’t like hard bread. When the muffins are overcooked they get sharp. They get it wrong all the time.

Do not visit this McDonald’s! They always forget something in your order. I made the mistake giving them 20 chances. I always thought that it will change well I was wrong. They give 0 damn about customers only thing they do is run their mouths in the “kitchen” and if you dare to stand in front of the counter and get lucky that someone is going to talk to you, they act annoyed. I’m done with this location. I can’t even recall how many times they just mess up.

What’s wrong with this McDonald’s? They keep forgetting to put something in the order. Today, if I hadn’t checked, they wouldn’t have included the Double Filet-O-Fish. I told them it was missing, and when they finally gave it to me, there was no sauce inside. The fries were old and cold, and the caramel coffee had no syrup! This happens quite often. I guess it’s time to stop eating there.

This McDonald isn’t run by managers/adults but by kids. The manager Justin is a prime example. His words are “There kids”. These kids jack-off motion in front of cars at the drive-way on McDonald property in front of other children. Cops have been called to address the toxic behavior as this was a “family place”. Justin thinks having people jack-off is ok for customers to witness not to mention is language of customers” Avoid taking children to this location. Other places ban or remove people for this behavior as they have standards. I bet HR isn’t aware as Justin is a door-matte manager who runs to the back to avoid the issue and wont let HR know how bad this place really is. I feel bad for other staff and cops in this matter. Avoid this place. The fact this is normalized here is beyond sad.

First when I get here light are so dim I thought they were closed. I order a meal with sweet tea I got unsweet tea. When I got home and start digging into my fries they are cold and extra salty like way to much. Only thing decent is the mc flurry.

I’d like to start by saying, I know I know… It’s McDonald’s, what did you expect? But seriously… Onions are not the same as lettuce lol. I asked for lettuce wrapped burgers, gal said we don’t do that. I asked since when (genuinely just curious, as we have definitely ordered them here before) she said always. “Hm okay. Well can you just add extra lettuce?” “Sure,” she said. Get home… That is definitely not lettuce. So many onions it burned haha. Oh well. Lesson learned. Order as is or go to In n Out.

This is a hit or miss location. It is right across the street so it is close for a quick stop. Sometimes everything is cold and that really stinks. I also get a special order and they like to mess it up. I also hate cold fries. The order window was broken for a while. Made it difficult to see.
The staff is always nice, nothing out of the ordinary. This location is a place for those teen e bike riders so be carful.
I just wish the food was hot when ordering and if you order something and pay for it it should be right. I like extra cheese on my sandwich and I always get charged but never get the cheese. When I mention it they just say sorry and do it again. Very frustrating.
