This location is tough to get into if you are coming from the south as you need to cross PCH.
Service was okay but not personable.
Tables, floors, bathroom and other areas not clean.
Our order was wrong and the hot apple pie was in horrible condition. Way beyond any McDonald holding time.
When we did get our food corrected it was very good.

I don’t wanna be that guy, but these people do not know how to make a sandwich. I ordered a fish sandwich, and they just put no tartar sauce on the sandwich. It’s not even put together correctly. I come to this McDonald’s every Friday for fish day. I prefer this location compared to my local one because I believe it is the best one, at least it was. I have never come here before and had such a horrible experience with a simple sandwich. I went back to the restaurant twice to tell them that I had no tartar sauce on the sandwich. Finally, my third time I went back I said just give me a container of tartar sauce, and I’ll just put it on there myself, as I was losing patience. They wanted to charge me $.10 for the container and I said no. There was none on there to begin with and I came back twice. Again, I don’t wanna be that guy and I have worked fast food before so I know how stressful It can get but, I do also want to get what I paid for.

Bruh, I ordered a medium hot chocolate for $7!!!! This drink is just pure water with a little of chocolate. I open it up and it’s colored white because it’s literally just hot water. This has happened twice already, never again.

If you don’t want exposure to black mold you may want to avoid this place. Just took my family in for a quick meal before they head off to an event and we walked inside to see the ceiling. There is pink mold as well but the big black stuff is worrisome. If you are triggered by mold, be fore warned.

Horrible. To many times when I ordered food in this place to eat inside they put it in to go box!! I was waiting more that 10 minutes! And my food was already cold and bad, cause I was expecting to get it on the table or just let me know! So I just accidentally checked that. They don’t care. I pay on the app I give the code they overcharge me and give me inedible fries clearly reheated, soda that tasted like pure syrup with no carbonation and no receipt in the bag… Just don’t go here. Close the location. Hear my warning ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I may have just saved you from absolute disappointment, and disaster.

Always a great experience at this McDonald’s! Fast service, friendly staff, and consistently tasty food. I really appreciate how accurate the orders are and how clean and comfortable the dining area is. Perfect spot for a quick bite or a coffee to go. Thank you for keeping the quality high!
