We ordered two McMuffins, and both of them were burnt. The staff replaced one, but since it was already 11 a.m., they didn’t have any more stock. Unfortunately, the replacement was also burnt. I ended up removing the burnt parts and eating it.
The staff was very kind and tried to help me replace it, so I don’t blame them. However, the food shouldn’t be burnt. Burnt food can be unhealthy and is known to increase cancer risk.

Service here has always been pretty quick. They are right next to a lot of offices and the airport, so they get slammed at lunch time. Avoid going during regular lunch hours if you can.

This was literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had. They gave me cold nuggets, that seem twice fried, not fresh tasting at all and somehow still cold. This is the closest McDonald’s to my house and I will never be back again bc it doesn’t even taste like McD’s in my opinion, it tastes like someone ordered it from the next McDonalds and tried to refresh it an hour later. Super disappointing. Waste of money. And I didn’t notice until I had already driven away that the quality was so bad so I couldn’t do anything to rectify the situation.

I arrived at this location clearly during posted business hours, yet the staff refused to let me enter and explicitly denied me any service. There was no reasonable explanation, no apology, and the attitude was cold and dismissive—as if whether a customer gets served depends entirely on the staff’s mood rather than the business’s stated operating hours.

One of the worst service I ever experienced. They intentionally gave you less items when you drive through. And show you their ugly face when you asking for the missing items.
My suggestion: if you can’t avoid to use this restaurant. At least double check your foods before left.

Ordered at 430am, confirmed curbside available on the app. When I showed up, a girl in pajamas (not kidding, pajama bottoms, sweatshirt and ugg slippers) came out with my food and said “we don’t do curbside before 6am”….. I told her the app confirmed curbside. She said “we don’t do it just so you know”…… guess what? Yes you do and yes you must if McDonald’s says you do! Bad attitude and very unprofessional.

Standard McDonald’s with just enough seating and good service. Rest room available for customers. You can order at one of several kiosks or at the counter. This McDonald’s still has a self serve soft drink dispensers. Dining room hours are limited, opening late at 7 am. Given its proximity to Orange County Airport, limited dining room hours are surprising. Drivers through is open earlier and closes later than dining room.

FAST FOOD!! I ordered two mcribs and a gentleman before for me got in and out quick less than 4> minutes and food is HOT unlike other places that normally pull cold food with this type of speed. Clean and nice ambient lighting( only take out and dine in review).
