Horrible service waited inside no line 5 minutes never saw a employee at the counter the whole time got in my car went in the drive thru someone took my order right away ordered extra onion and extra pickles got 1 pickles and 5 pieces of minced onion. Worst service ive experienced from McDonald’s in a long time and ive gotten McDonald’s in some pretty crapy locations.

Attended the grand opening of this McDonald’s. The owner was super nice. I thought all McDonald’s restaurants were corporate owned but apparently in southern California 95% of them are independent. They had a chef come out and throw a spin on some classic mcds items. But the big Mac is always my go to.

I would not recommend comming to this location. They have a very strong “customer is NEVER right” mentality. We had received a coupon pamphlet recently which is the only reason we came into the spot.
The coupons each read “limit 3 per customer” and “not combinable with other offers”
So when we went to use out coupon 3 times (the previously mentioned limit) they told us we were wrong and we were supposed to use 3 different coupons. (Even though it says not combinable with other offers)
They held us up in the drive through arguing with us tooth and nail that we were reading the coupon wrong.
So much for a first impression. We ended uo having to drive off because they were trying to charge us an extra 30$ for our food.
They kept our coupon as well.
Any other mcdonalds will do. The staff here doesn’t deserve youre hard earned money

I took my family through the drivethru. I had to ask for them to top me off on the fries since they were too low.
They gave me an attitude and took near 10 minutes to bring them out.
They had the nerve to bring them out with even less fries.
For being ( what looks like) a new location, they are not leaving a good impression.

This was by far one of the best Mc Donald’s I have been to. Immediately helped with maneuvering the self kiosk and asked if I wanted to order with a person. Very attentive service and was well maintained and very clean. The food was out promptly and the staff was friendly and attentive. A staff by the name of Moises was especially helpful and helpful to everyone at the restaurant at the time. Will definitely be back.

Good Mcdonald’s because it’s a 2 minute drive from my house. this is a brand new McDonald’s so don’t expect top tier service yet, give them time to get a lot of good employees and then start talking about this McDonald’s.
