Was excited the Mc Rib is back.
Missed out last time they were available so I decided to get me one.
Was left standing at the register for a few minutes.
So I decide to try the order kiosk.
Must be me but I couldn’t customize my order.
So again I was left standing at the register while employees looked at me but did not acknowledge me.
Finally someone came over rolled her eyes and still didn’t greet me. She just stood there and looked at me.
I apologized for not being able to use the kiosk.
Then I gave her my order.
Still without a word said she just gave me my receipt and walked away.
Simple order one Mc Rib without onions and a small fries.
Receive a Mc Rib with onions
and a very small order of fries!
Very disappointing experience.
Was craving a Big Mac.
Decided to give this location another chance.
I was able to navigate my way through the kiosk to place my order.
From there it was much of the same as last time.
Food was Terrible!
Mc Crispy sandwich was dark, over cooked and very dry!
In the description of this sandwich it says golden , tender and juicy.
The Mc Crispy sandwich I got was none of those.
Also ordered 6 pc Mc nuggets.
They also were dry!
Big Mac had no lettuce.
I will not be eating from this location again!
It’s a shame because it’s so close and convenient.

I ordered two hashbrowns, PANCAKES, and two bacon egg cheese mcmuffins, and a large sprite please tell me why i got one hash brown that’s burnt, one sandwich WHICH IS INSIDE OF THE PANCAKE PACKAGING(??), no sandwich and no drink.

At most of the McDonald’s I have been to, my drive through breakfast would be missing things like butter or jelly or syrup but this breakfast to go was perfect. It came with everything it’s supposed to, even with some honey! Just perfect!

My biggest frustration is that about 25% of the time I am given the wrong drink. Dr. Pepper when I order Diet Coke. (sometimes they’ll give regular Coke). With the drink prices over $3 for a large and only 32 ounces, I find this unacceptable.

hi! so we come here pretty decently and EVERY SINGLE TIME we’ve done curbside and pickup, we literally have to go INSIDE mcdonalds or the drive thru. this is always constant and its very irritating especially since we sit there for around 20 minutes and it could be empty inside and outside! its absolutely wild to me

Worse McDonald’s I been too. The service was horrible, the attitude was even worse. The young manager had a smart mouth. I order on the kiosk and they give out no sauce in my order. Halloween time and they give out a bucket instead of a toy that I ordered on the kiosk. Why give options if you’re just gonna give what they want to give. Drive through is always long and I seen a lot of people standing around making food that’s already pre heated and still can’t get orders out in time or right. The general store manager needs to be around because this location is horrible

My nephew asked for a water cup and they refused to give him water. Unacceptable. Mc Donald’s customer base is children. They are profiling and retaliating against kids. Corporate needs to revisit company mission and do better. I hope corporate marketing is reading this. Very disappointing.

Went there yesterday outside was clean minus the biker kids hanging out in front. Service was great restrooms were clean. Frenchfries were hot cause anyone who goes to a McDonald’s knows it’s a hit or miss sometimes lol..Overall a good experience.
Side note: For the people rushing to use the restroom. You will need someone to buzz you in into the restroom.

Tre Way
By far the worst service of any McDonalds ever! They cant even simply greet customers. I was there yesterday and watched a employee treat a customer like criminal when his order finally arrived after 20+ minutes she damn near snatched the phone out of his hand to verify his order. The customer wasnt even being impatient. So when she treated him like that i was just as shocked as the customer was! I think her name was Brenda or something like that. I will be reaching out to the GM and the corporate office in regards to this matter!
