This morning, I placed a food order through the app for myself and my coworkers. When I arrived to pick up the order, it wasn’t ready. That was not an issue, and I waited patiently.
However, the problem arose when my coworker’s order—placed through the app before mine—was not found in your system. The cashier stated that she did not have the order. My coworker sent me a screenshot of the order confirmation, and I attempted to show it to the cashier to help resolve the issue.
At that point, the cashier became aggressive and began yelling at me, saying, “Get that phone out of my face.” I never put my phone in her face, nor was I being disrespectful. Her reaction was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
Customers should never be yelled at under any circumstances. I was calm, respectful, and simply trying to assist in resolving a missing order. The way the situation was handled was unacceptable, and because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service going forward. Scrolling down on the other reviews i seen the same lady that was giving me a hard also gave someone else a hard time. Wondering why McDonalds allows people like her to work there and treats their customers like this.

All I have to say about this place is that they have really bad customer service! If the manager sees this, please talk to your employees. And to the employees — if you don’t like your job, find a new one! I came to Walmart to run errands, and my son was hungry, so we stopped to get him a Happy Meal. I apologize if I came off as rude, but I simply refused to order through a kiosk. The short, light-skinned girl with a blond ponytail who was working on 10/29/25 around 8:15 PM gave me my order, but as I was walking away, I noticed my son’s chocolate milk was missing. When I went back to the counter to ask for it, she checked the fridge but never said they were out. Another customer then came up saying her child’s apple juice was missing, and when I asked again about the chocolate milk, the employee rudely told me the other girl went to get them from the back. So you can’t communicate with your customers and instead leave customers standing there confused? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! And when she finally handed me the milk, she did it with an attitude. Completely unacceptable.

Everyone here must hate their job. My wife and I order from DoorDash every now and then. EVERY SINGLE time we order from THIS McDonald’s there is a problem. No ketchup packets, burgers are smashed, fries are missing, no straws for our drinks, burgers are missing, no napkins, I mean… the issues are endless. There is ABSOLUTELY no love here and this McDonald’s SUCKS. Highly recommend ordering from another McDonald’s or taking time out of your day to drive to another one.

Super upset, I ordered a happy meal for my daughter. She doesn’t like pickles, so I asked for a cheeseburger happy meal with no pickles and they ended up giving me a cheeseburger with no meat lol. I think this McDonald’s is a joke and should be closed down. They have done stuff like this in the past. Also the sodas here taste terrible. I definitely will never order from here again after giving too many chances already.

First I want to ask: what kind of business does a lousy worker like this woman have? My son was very hungry, I bought here! I spoke to her in Spanish because I knew she was Latina, she didn’t want to speak to me in Spanish, she kept speaking to me in English! then he was speaking spanish with another classmate leagues away from her, her english was not perfect enough not to know that he speaks spanish!! He treated me so badly I told him I wanted a coffee he gave me a coke then I asked him for cream and with a super arrogant attitude he told me that’s all??? The truth is that you are paying for the service, you are not asking for free to be treated like this! and by the way they only gave me 4 chicken nuggets and there were 6, what is this?? Seriously, what is going on here?

2 Filet of fish; same same-add: lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard. Dollar large coke & frozen coke. Order was correct & done very quickly. Shift lead was on the phone taking care of Shift workers schedule. Great multi tasker.

Honestly they need to re-train their employees I was waiting for a cup of coffee about 20 min almost 30 min simply because they where to busy talking and forgot they deleted my order so there time don’t go up on proving it but upon doing so they forgot to also prepare the simple order of an iced coffee really. The guy and the girls need to re-train!!! Mind you it was busy at all! That’s what get me more mad.

Rude customer service . Never has order correct… they are so big on using mobile to order yet can never pull up the orders. Their system is always down and if it does work they have you waiting 20/30mins for even something small as a coffee.

Even on a bad day you can’t go wrong here all the McDonalds still a great spot if your wanting healthy then check menu . Prices still affordable for family that are large and kids love it .

Went in yesterday around 5ish bought 2 for 4 got a double double and chicken sandwich I noticed the chicken sandwich didn’t look the same nor it tasted the same more harder and thinner than usual. After we had ate, we started feeling weird in our stomachs..That same night we came back home and it only got worse.. My man through up and felt better, me on the other hand still have a bad discomfort in my tummy. Thinking of going to the ER if it don’t go away tonight… Also to mention the tables weren’t clean at all…
