I noticed this McDonald’s doesn’t usually have long lines because the management rushes people through or if their orders are going to be a while they park them. Which is a great idea so others don’t have to wait. When it comes to the staff it is a hit-and-miss on the attitude. But I guess everyone has bad days.

Only person here that acts like they understand customer service a little bit is the manager. I’ve never been to a place where the employees look at the customers puzzled like we aren’t the reason why they have a paycheck. Everybody here needs to be retrained. And I’ve only been here like 3x and my order was wrong twice. Also no one attends the cashier so you are just waiting 5 minutes to order while they peek from the cooking area.

Went through the drive thru, it’s bad enough there is always a line, but that’s understandable, but when it was my time to take my order in double intercom drive thru, I got skipped 3 times before they decided to take my order, definitely infuriating, even more when you’re in a hurry.

Okay I normally go to this place for their coffees and they’re always good. But today I decided to get me something to eat. I didn’t notice that my burger was PINK until the third bite, and after noticing, I ripped off a small piece to take a picture because there’s no way this is okay to sell. Employes can never get the order rights and when they do the food all dried or not fresh.. went to this location on my lunch break 130 am no one in line so no needed to rush or expected it to take a bit. They did take a bit but when I got to work, I opened my food and saw this and it’s not what I ordered. Prices increase but they can never get your orders right or fresh smh look at the negative reviews of all the same complaint, I would be embarrassed working at a business that has bad reputation

Breakfast time is super chaotic and they get backed up really fast. Even with curbside and ordering inside they don’t have the staff to cover the rush. They are alot of homeless people outside asking for money.

I think I’m done with McDonalds overall. This location just put the nail in the coffin. Multiple times I get home and my order is wrong with this location and others. Ruining my meal and my mood. Check your bags and maybe physically open your containers to make sure you got the right thing. Even if it takes extra time in their line since they can’t put out orders correctly.
