The service was slow, and the fries were old and cold. But the restaurant was clean and nice. The kids loved playing with the lights on the dinning tables.

I ordered with McDonald’s app for curbside pickup. And usually get the food pretty fast but this time I had been waiting 12 min and still no food. So I had to go inside to find out what was taking so long. After going inside it took a few minutes to get help because I noticed every employee was focused on helping drive thru and getting those orders out the window. Finally I got help and got my food right away. All in all food is always good and order accuracy is good but the customer service needs some work especially for the customer that goes inside to get their food. What I think would help is if they were not majority of the time focused on drive thru orders. And second if they hired more help so they could have a team of employees for the drive thru and a team of employees for inside customers. Now I know for certain drive thru orders are priority because I work in the fast-food buisness for many years. And this McDonald’s and other fast food places may deny this but I know it to be true from experience.

Went and ordered food the girl taking my order was rude, the burger was dry and cold didn’t look like a quarter pounder at all, the Big Mac Patties were even flatter then before and also cold and dry and so were the fries and my pies! And to boot no one even answers the phone calls so I could report to the manager! I will definitely not be ever going back to this McDonald’s ever again such a waste of money!!!!!! Get it together!!!!

If i could give it 0 stars ..i would. after a long day i just wanted some delicious mcdonald’s fries and sprite that hit just right. but no. i got fries no sorry pieces of wood that were hollow and would crunch everytime i took a bite. and a sprite that tasted like water with salt and not even full. you’ve betrayed me ronald mcdonald, now the clown is me for thinking i would get a delicious meal.

New- today i went to see if it has chaged and it did, it was clean and this girl went around cleaning the tables and the drink section. It was super busy and they kept it clean i was happy about that. The drive threw was around the corner . the inside was busy to but they manage to get our food on time and they were helpful when i need to changed my food oder. They are doing great and improveing alot. I chaged my oder cuz i used the computer and accidentally ordered 40 chicken nuggets and I only wanted 20 lol.

This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, consistently the worst. I absolutely hate that it’s near my house. Among about 10 other things that were problematic with this visit, I asked for extra pickles on my burger. And I got extra pickles I got 16 pickles – kinda a d*** move if you ask me. Oh and just in case anybody needs to know, their mobile order pick up ends at 8:00 p.m. and you have to go through the drive-thru regardless.
