Food quality and service are not up to expectations. Price is not that low to reflect food quality and service. They gave me 2 ketchups for a $40 worth of food. I asked for a little more and they gave me about 5 more along with a little attitude.

Awesome costumer service ! From management to employees ! The coachella valley should learn from this location ! Good job management and employees. Its been a long time since I’ve seen a restaurant provide quality professional coatumer service. I see a manager address a costumer who had an issue with his happy meal, she addressed them quickly and let her employees know in a a polite but stern way to make sure the tickets wete beinf served as the costumer ordered. We waiting around for our order a young manager passed by and asked if we have been helped. The young man taking our oder was polite. Our order was correct and made freshly, they added extra sauce as we requested. The costumer service quality as well as the food. Good job guys !!

Why the poor service!?! No, they were not busy. From my pov the druve thru did not have any cars and there were barely any people inside. Yet, the kid taking my order had the most annoyed attitude. But once they go back to the kitchen they’re joking with their coworkers/friends. I honestly only go to McDonald’s because my father loves it but what’s going on. I understand it’s kids working but come on!

Took over 10 minutes to get my food. Need to hire motivated employees. Service is terrible. My some waited additional 10 minutes at the counter to get BBQ sauce. This is unbelievable. Not sure if this is franchise or corporate owned but need to retrain all.

The lack of customer service is insane. People wait in the dining area for so long to pay for their order or to pick up their order, workers ignore the crowd of people waiting inside to prioritize pick up and drive thru. People wait for over 30 min to an hour. To get the attention of a co worker you have to yell out to them or stop them in their path coming inside or going outside from delivering curbside

Poor service. Trainee/Cashier cancelled my order after I paid cash. Waited a whole hour for my food. And when I went to go ask about my order they had attitude and didn’t want attend me because I asked, why did my order get canceled if I paid cash. These are the worse service I ever got. I got at McDonald’s at 10:05am and o left outta there at 11:06pm. A whole hour and no apology or nothing. I get they’re so busy but I asked for a latte which is only expresso and milk and light on ice. I received vanilla latte. So my bf went and to get it fixed and again he said no vanilla no sweetener and again they gave him super sweet latte.
