This has got to be the worst McDonalds….. the “manager” the manager on shift tonight at 7 pm (1/9/26) is horrible has no sense of customer service she is a joke, they never have shit but like hi-c but she some how came up with it it was just going to take my food getting cold, so for sure everyone behind me food was going to get cold because I’m tired of them lol, then for happy meals they upcharge you for a drink other than milk and apple juice because they don’t want to carry the kids cup…… although the McDonalds on state and Stetson is under the same owners they are far better

Extremely overpriced for food that’s not even fresh. Spent $25.85 for a 2 cheeseburger combo, a quarter pounder with cheese and a medium fries. When I looked at my receipt, a quarter pounder with cheese is priced at $6.99 and a medium fries is $5.99 that looked more like a small fries. The quarter pounder wasn’t even warm, more like cold. I should’ve went to In n out and would’ve gotten fresher food for a lot less. I only went to McDonald’s because I had a $25 gift card and was reminded why I never go at all. And the patties in the cheeseburgers were as thin as paper. I can’t believe they’re still in business with their prices and they’re nasty food.

I thought it was just me? I usually eat at a location in Long Beach. It is $9 and change. The girl tells me $14 and change! I thought maybe it was more in Hemet? Then when I drink my coffee, I realized she charged me $5 for a “premium, when what I had said was “medium!” Then my entire breakfast was “cold.” Eventually some cooks came out, and they looked like they literally had just crossed the border! Obviously, nobody there spoke or understood English! And apparently this is the case at all Hemets McDonald’s? I looked for a better one and they all have three stars!

NEVER AGAIN! So I was jus coming for a quick bite and the fries they gave me we’re crunchy and burnt. My mom being a fast food working when she was younger told me they look like that because they refried old fries. Then my burger bread was broken when they gave me it and as I picked it up to bite it the bread kept on breaking. Another result of old food. Considering the fact that we waited 15 minutes for our order we placed the order at 8 and got it at 8:16. I wish they would’ve at least gave us some fresh fries for such a long wait. I was so mad and couldn’t even enjoy my meal. What a waste of money could’ve spent it elsewhere. I don’t understand why it took so long because the place was empty. The pictures say enough . I’m so disappointed.

Ordered two $7 Value Meals- supposed to be a double cheeseburger with lettuce and tomatoe for $1 more than the $6 Value Meal, same meal but no lettuce and tomatoe.
The cheeseburger had 4 pieces of shredded lettuce and no tomatoe or pickles.
So I paid $2.00 for about 8 pieces of shredded lettuce!
French fries were a little soggy Instead of crisp and chinsey in quality.
For some strange reason the McDonald off of Girard in Hemet has had poor quality in fries!
The chicken McNuggets in the value meal were hard and cold.
It seemed like the food was sitting out instead of fresh.

Food here is always a hit or miss. Whoever manages breakfast is most of the time have food that hasn’t been sitting out for a while. As for lunch the froes always old chicken nuggets always old for the price that we are paying now i shouldn’t be getting old food. It is ridiculous that you have to drive 10-15 minutes out of the way to get food that isn’t old.

All my food in one bag! Why!? At least use a plastic bag with a handle. This is ridiculous to shove 7burgers, chicken strips, 3 small fries, 3 4pc nuggets in one bag. I mean, it was all correctly given, but so hard to carry and little squished.

I took the grandkids. I had to sell some of my stock’s just to pay for the lunch. It was okay they enjoyed the heck out of it. After all that’s what it’s all about.
