This is a new McDonalds in my neighborhood and my first impressions are everything.They service seemed half fast.The customer engagement wasn’t there common courtesy like thank you and have nice day etc basics go a long way.
I blame people’s parents but that’s entirely something else but I encourage McDonalds to coach associates for a happy customer.
I’m not asking for much people are being paid with your reputation on the line.
My cheeseburger for the first visit had no pickles?
Second visit had no onions hardly any mustard?
Where’s the consistency please help train better.
Customer service and quality need help

Ordered twice from here. Same order different times.
– 2 McChicken (EXTRA MAYO)
– Large Fries
First time, my McChicken‘s dry as balls, little to no mayo
Second time, barely any mayo AGAIN AND was given only one sandwich, and fries were half missing. (See photos)
Terrible workers. I’m not sure if they can’t read, lazy, or AI making the food. Genuinely curious. But do better. They don’t even have a number to get compensated for the terrible past experience

Omg this new mcdonald’s so amazing!!! I love the new tech and the new staff!!! My fries were so fresh and my big mac was too perfect!!!! I will be back!!!

Reading the reviews here. Guys, its a mcdonald’s its not gonna be high class. My food tastes the same at every mcdonald’s. I only ever care about how im treated and the people at this mcdonald’s are super sweet. Went in after going to Khols and they brought out my food and were just overall really kind. And I even saw an employee help an elder couple set up their space inside so they could eat comfortably. Im glad to have a mcdonald’s closer to my house and especially glad they are so nice!

This was my second visit here and it was a very negative experience. We passed through the DT around 10PM and waited in line for about 12 minutes. Ordered two pies and two combos. Pies indicated “best use by 9PM” and it was 10:18 when we received the food. (Pies were hard and not hot) By when we got home (5minutes later) both the QPC and McCrispy were lukewarm. (QPC was more on the cold side?). The restaurant phone number isn’t listed on google or maps. Save yourself the time and go to the alessandro location.

I don’t usually rate places but this Mcdonald’s is awful, while ordering from the drive through they asked my order twice and proceeded to ignored me. Once I finally got the 2 burgers I ordered they had nothing inside of them! It’s quite apparent they aren’t putting much effort at this establishment. Very unfortunate

The absolute worst location. The first experience I placed an order to my closest location- only to find out they weren’t even open. Why would you open the online ordering if your store isn’t even open?? I had to go INTO THE STORE TO GET MY REFUND
The second experience I faced the worst customer service. Ordered breakfast on the app at 1015am and pulled up at 10:31 to pickup my order (it takes a couple minutes to get through the drive thru). Was told they wouldn’t fill it because they stop service at 1030. Literally 1 minute late? I clicked the “im here” button prior to 1030. AND I placed the order 15 minutes earlier! You seriously going to charge me and not fill my order?
Avoid this horrible place.

The person at the cashier didn’t have much cheer and was a bit impatient but overall still good Usually I only rate places if there bad but this place was so good I had to rate it 5 stars. Zaya one of the employees was so nice to me and was actually patient. I would recommend coming back here.
