Put in a mobile order at 8:30 pm for pick up went at 8:45 for pick up they say they are closed and cant refund my money. Posted hours say they close at 9pm. This is by far the shitest mcdonald’s in the while high desert, clos le it down if you dont wanna do business

I am only rating it 4 stars because I don’t generally like McDonald’s fast food. I think through the years they have gotten sloppy in their quality so I just prefer to go elsewhere. However, this particular location (inside Walmart) is very efficient and the employees work very hard. I was a little disappointed that they over-cooked my chicken tenders but they were very busy.

Once again I ordered a large drink and was given a medium. Female staff absolutely refused to give me the correct size. At this point it had been 25 minutes, so my food was getting cold and I had to ask for a full refund on my order. Management was in the lobby doing interviews and did absolutely nothing. The picture below shows a large verses a medium. The absolute worst service! They deserve NO stars.

I have been at this McDonald’s several times, when I was shopping inside Walmart. Since, this establishment was conveniently located inside the store. Thus, when I was hungry, I would stop by, and purchase either a Big Mac meal, or a Cheeseburger meal. Of course, the wait time was not long. There was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. At the same time, the staff was polite and helpful. While the place looked quite clean. So definitely, if anyone is in Walmart, and need something quick to eat. I would recommend to stop here, and purchase a meal, it is located near the exit!

My family went to McDonald’s on amergosa around 1130am today this is the rudest customer service they manager said specifically we do not do service here and turn around..so we walked out and went to burger King…don’t recommend this McDonald’s at all…

I come into McDonalds inside super Walmart on armagosa and bear valley rd, where I ordered almost 13 dollars in food at 2:10 I didn’t receive my food for another 7 minutes. Where I proceeded to wait to ask for napkins and sauce for my fries, where I was rudely told that I would not get sauce unless I paid for it,. After all, i only just spend 13 dollars on food and I could not receive a single sauce packet to enjoy my semi warm fries.

It is a typical McDonald’s establishment! This one is located inside Walmart Supercenter in Victorville! I would usually stop by this place, while shopping at Walmart. I would usually order a meal here, when I would be hungry, after shopping! Usually, the lines are not long. However, if they are long, they move quite fast. There are several tables nearby, to sit down, and enjoy a meal! Of course, now you cannot, due to this virus. Nevertheless, before this pandemic, I would sit there, and enjoy my meal! The prices are the same as in any other McDonald’s establishment! The staff working here are polite and helpful. So definitely, if anyone is shopping inside this Walmart, I would recommend to stop by this establishment, and grab a meal!
