I wanted to take the time and say a big THANK YOU to Shine, Maddison and Mia. I appreciate the patience they had towards me. I walked in and ordered 10 kids meals. I was also looking to complete some seats for the Tiny Tan toys and they were super helpful. Shine was the one who was dealing with my special request and she was super sweet. The managers Maddison and Mia were helpful coming back n fourth entering the codes. Not a lot of McDonalds are nice but this team was very helpful and patient ! I went during a rush and they had eveything done quick but I was also in no rush since they were super nice and communication with me. 10/10 service and great team thanks ladies !!!!

I went to this location to get my free big Mac with a $2.00 purchase. I bought medium fries with it. The fries were hot & delicious. The big mac didn’t seem fresh, but it was free. I overall, give this place 3 stars.

The young guy at the window with the braces is very rude and unprofessional. He was yelling at me saying I don’t know how to drive and telling me to go through the drive thru again. He should be fired. I’m never coming here again. Very disrespectful boy. Seemed to be about 21 years of age.

I don’t recommend this location at all, they always mess up my order , why are we paying so much for them to not make the food to standard. Management is horrible , very passive aggressive when asking a question. If you go just know you’ll have to wait more than 15 minutes for your order!

Went inside to make it quick waited 20 minutes inside I was the only person ordering I can’t make this up
Got to car after waiting long (a shift leader finally noticing and giving me my drink)
Tasted my drink and it was ice coffee….!!!
Spit it out went inside now there was a line and I walked to the front and said it was the wrong drink and waited another 15 minutes for my sweat teA … I have PLENTY OTHER BAD EXPERIENCES DONT GO HERE

I went and ordered a cheeseburger and when I unwrapped it , it was so sloppy and messy. There’s absolutely no care put into this meal. I understand the drive thru gets busy but who wants to open up and see ketchup all over their food like this? This is definitely not made up to standard and is unacceptable.

Placed a order on the app and drove over for curbside pickup, the order was canceled as I drove up. When I got to the restaurant I showed them my order which had a one time 20% coupon on 20$ or more order. I asked them to give me the same order and to honor the coupon. They refused to honor the coupon which disappeared from the app since I used it to place the order. They should of at least honored the coupon since they canceled it in the first place. A very kind customer gave me his 20% coupon to use. I showed them my subtotal for my canceled order which showed the discount but they still refused. Very annoying.

DISGUSTING TO SAY THE VERY LEAST! I ordered this for the very first time and it was an absolute mistake. The bun was stale and burnt. The chicken was soggy. I called the number and no one answered. I am so upset I wasn’t pleased at all with the service and the meal!
