We ordered a Big Mac and it was made sloppily. It wasn’t even assembled in the correct order and the cheese was missing completely. I understand that it gets busy in the drive through but we were asked to wait in the parking lot to get our drive thru order, we waited for quite some time and then our food was made without care. Please do better.

This place is ridiculous when it comes to mobile orders. The wait for indoor pickup and curbside is ridiculous. If you park in curbside and are the only one in a spot and someone else shows up after you, they get their food first. This place is also ridiculous about closing the store and not communicating with the mcdonalds app to place the store as closed so you are not able to place an online order. I ordered online since the app said the store was open and I came to the store to pickup my food and to my surprise the location was closed with no employees in site. I had to walk into the drive through and there was an Orkin truck and worker at the entrance of it and he told me had just sprayed so they had to close down since they couldn’t cook after he sprayed. I went to the drive through window after talking to the Orkin worker and I tried to get their attention and when they finally looked I asked if they can have my food transfered to another location and I was told no. That I had to cancel my order and wait for a refund. The phone number to this location is also disconnected so you cant even talk to an employee without having to go to the drive through window. I do not recommend this location.

The worst McDonald’s to go to from experience. Sucks I have to come here because the other ones don’t have the play pen. I’m not the type to leave bad reviews but I had enough especially waiting 20 minutes for a single ice cream cone only to hear another worker say “girl that tickets been sitting there” geez well maybe if you seen a single ice cream cone order waiting you could’ve took it upon yourself to maybe get it out

Multiple times that I have gone to this location for happy meals and they always forget something even on the simplest orders. Today I order 2 happy meals and 1 large fries. One happy meal missing fries. The other missing the toy. And the Large fries not even half way full. The service is horrible here and when you let them know they take your order back and tell you to wait on the side for them to correct it only to have you wait for a long time for your food to be corrected.

Horrible service they hold their food way too long everything is stale and soggy when I came inside last time I waited 45 mins for my mobile order and the whole shift is arguing when elderly customers about their bad service even the manager was cursing at the old woman she was a short blondeish white girl (manager) wasnt gonna leave a review about that instance until I came in today and the same employees are being lazy taking my money for my food making me wait 30 mins in line asking for my code then denying me service saying their was an IT issues because they can’t handle the rush I’ve worked in fastfood for years and never have I ever seen such a lazy restaurant with bad attitudes the woman was claiming she can’t ring up my order even though my order was already paid for on the app they speak to us like we’ve never worked in fastfood and were clueless… If my order was cancelled due to some false it issues my card wouldn’t have been charged at all but I still haven’t received a refund and they were serving other cars 0/5 stars I will be contacted higher ups praying they while thru these lazy employees and start fresh manager included

The kiosk wasn’t working and the employee didn’t know how to take the order for two kids happy meals. Was dine in so the the kids could play, so they said they’d bring the food out l. 25min later I went to counter and the food was just sitting there cold and none of the employees knew why it was there. And still had to ask for the drinks
