Just stopped in after work. Ordered at a kiosk which I really enjoy, but there are registers if you prefer. Kiosk did no5 take away from cutome4 service, the employees asked multiple times if i needed anything

This McDonald’s is very conveniently located right off the I-15 at the Wagon Trail Road exit near Highway 138. It’s an excellent stop when you’re traveling, especially if you’re heading to the mountains, Skiing resort, Big Bear, or the Silverwood lake, or if you’re stuck in traffic and need a quick break.
One important thing to note: this location is often reported with incorrect hours. According to the app, hours show approximately 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., but I highly recommend double-checking directly in the McDonald’s app before stopping, just to be safe.
Overall, this is a great and strategic location for travelers. Ideally, it should be open 24 hours, that would make it even better given how busy this route can get.
Additionally, this would be an excellent location for installing Tesla Superchargers. There are currently no nearby Superchargers in this stretch between San Bernardino, Fontana, or the Cajon Pass area, and having them here would be a total game-changer for EV drivers. The location is perfect and extremely convenient.
Hopefully, this is something that can be considered in the future.

this MC D ‘s is my life saver its off the 15 exit palmdale / summit it’s either the beginning or the ending of the Over pass “The Hill” I say it’s my life saver because my it’s my half way point to home it’s also my nappy nap place. I feel safe and can take a lil snooze as for the food well who doesn’t like McDonald’s if you haven’t tried their griddles you need too they are to die for about 3 months ago I decided to step out on my sausage mc muffin n get the sausage mcgriddle wasn’t sure what that was but yeah it’s a perfect pancake and the sausage egg and cheese with a little bit of syrup Delicious !!

I am a big fan of McDonald and love almost all the stuff they have to offer. Today is the first time that I have to complain about this store. After window pick up, we drove to the local hills to enjoy our meal. The spicy chicken burger was thrown in the bag, not a big deal. However when I bite into the burger chicken was felt raw, it was crunchy in a wrong way. This was the first time that was different from every other spicy chicken burger , I ever had in McDonald’s. Whoever working behind the counter, Please don’t mess with people food. If they had a bad day, He or she should not be working. After a bite I throw away the burger. I hope everything goes well with me. Also please change the ink cartridge

Service was ok, but really hard to understand them via drive through. A little disappointed in the silver dollar size patties and the fact it was $35 for my wife and little kid for basic items and I am still hungry. Shrinkflation is real. I miss 1980s McDs.

1. They served my toddler apple slices that expired a year ago! They were literally rotten. We opened the bag, and they smelled awful. Then we realized the date stamp on the package said they should have been used by January 2025, a year ago! It was also odd that we received a Sonic toy in the happy meal instead of the Disney toy that was advertised. The Sonic toy is from the same era as those expired apples, and I believe there have been several toys since. This leads me to believe that this location is using old and expired stock.
2. From the time we arrived to receiving our food was 55 minutes. There were only 5 cars ahead of us in the drive-thru! When I went in to use the restroom, the dining room was full of people waiting, but no one had their food. We finally received our order while I was waiting in line again to get a refund.
3. The french fries and nuggets my wife had were sour tasting. My double cheeseburger and McChicken both tasted odd and were lukewarm. We both got sick to our stomachs within an hour of eating, and the symptoms are persisting a day later. Thankfully we threw away the apple slices, and our toddler didn’t seem to get sick from his cheeseburger.
I’ve attempted to call the location several times yesterday and today to warn them about the apples so they don’t serve anymore of them to children. The phone just rings.
I have reported these issues to the county health department.

Horrible pick up order. Despite being busy I inquired about my meal after 30 minutes asking about my order number.
Was given no answer or updates. Ended up waiting over an hour am nobody checked the system for my order. Then to be told they don’t see it in their system when I show my reciept
My kids were hungry and ready to eat when we got here! Beyond upset. The did get me my order but having to ask over and then they finally check on it! Very disappointed.

Checked my bag and they completely for got my burger but after waisting an hour a half I didn’t want to waste more time by going in to wait for it.

And in and ordered the two for 5.50 breakfast sandwiches. The restaurant was clean employee who helped was nice however the food was a little to be desired. As you can see in the picture my sandwich only had half a muffin on one side.
Other sandwich was missing the egg. Unbelievable.

Ordered my food 15 min in advance. Then proceeded to wait 32 minutes while they fulfilled 2 order in pick up line and then only focused on drive through. I had to wave some one down 2 times before they went to check for my food. Absolutely ridiculous, feel bad for the couple next too me that waited same amount of time for 2 ice cream cones. *Important Update!!!!!(the link they provided does not work, apparently just like their employees) until this is resolved I will continue to give Terrible reviews on this location.
I live 5 miles from here constantly looking for quick grab to or from work. But this is absolutely ridiculous ranchero rd and Sierra have their stuff together, you need to get yours in order. If yall are looking for a good manager I could possibly think leaving my job to help yall fix this location but till then. Everytime I visit I’ll be brutally honest in my reviews.
