For once in a very very very long time the kids and dinning room area is clean.
All the tables are clean.
I saw this worker cleaning and I had to tell her that the place looks good and clean.
She was so happy to hear that. Her name is Dianna ( I think) a very sweet girl that is doing a good job.
The rest of the staff was nice too.

This Mcdonald location sucks!! Baseline/Cherry in Fontana. My order never comes out right!!! Why?? Its a simple request NO PICKLES PLZZZZZ & add EXTRA ONIONS PLZZZZZ. THANK YOU!! Will not be returning here.

Why if the business hrs say open till midnite they turned my daughter away at 11:01. She had made a mobile order well before 11pm but was in line a long time. When she finally got up the the window it was 11 and they turned her down, her order was already in and she used bday points i hope she gets that back. Update your hours mcdonalds. And train your ppl for better customer service.

6 fries on my grandson’s kids meal ” YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ” I saw the fries box super empty and I had to count it. The fries tasted stale and they were hard as if they were too old. My chicken wraps were horrible. The prices are too expensive for poor quality food. No one to take orders inside. Probably the next time we’ll end up preparing our meals in the back. Best thing is to just cook delicious meals at home and less expensive!!.

Maybe it was just me, but it wasn’t as good as at other locations. I ordered online and parked for them to bring it out, and it was barely warm. I live only 10 minutes away, tops, and it was basically cold by the time I got home. Idk what’s worse than cold fries… (/s)

I come here all the time and they’re always busy but they are usually pretty fast. The food is..well..McDonald’s. This time around I came at lunchtime and the line was long but it went really fast, the food was ready and hot and looked delicious. The people helping me were very friendly and my experience was wonderful.

It’s literally always something at this location! I ordered online to pickup in the drive thru there was a sign that said due to maintenance it would be closed at 8:30pm but there was also a sign that said mobile and delivery orders can be picked up through the drive thru after 10 so I waited and nothing! I saw the manager so I went to ask him about it and all he said was we’re closed so I asked him about the mobile orders and what the sign said and he gives me attitude and says well didn’t you see the sign that says we closed at 8:30 mind you I already had my order placed and only waited because the there was a sign stating drive thru would be opened after 10 for mobile orders

I love stopping by McDonald’s for a quick bite and some free WiFi. The problem with this location is that there is no where to charge your phone or laptop. Customer service is weak but I do like that they offer a play place for kids. Semi big location in the same shopping center as Rio rancho market.

Never again! This McDonald’s has really went down after 2010. Gotta be these new Kaiser cat students working here. They moving way to fast, rushing orders over the intercom, and not giving back correct change. I just left from up here, got my kids some happy meals and a number 7. I didn’t get a patty on one of my burgers and my my kids didn’t receive patties on any of there burgers. Their orange fanta soda taste like orange seltzer water. I laughed at first about me not having a patty on my buns, but after tasting their drinks all laughs to the side. This McDonald’s needs 24 supervision by a health inspector!
