They always make you pull around the front in order to get your meal, good luck finding parking. Often takes up to 20 minutes for them to finally bring our your meal, even on a weekday. Last time I went, I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal with ketchup only. They topped the burger with hot chili sauce instead of ketchup, which wasn’t realized until after my kid went to take his first bite and started crying. And every time you have a complaint, good luck trying to call or email them. Phone just rings and you can’t leave a voicemail. No response from email complaint form either. Management/ownership is a wreck there, do yourself a favor and drive across the parking lot to Jack or Del Taco. Just read the reviews below, clearly they don’t care with their responses to the bad reviews.

The bathroom had no soap or sanitizer (was out), which immediately raised a hygiene concern. It made me wonder where the staff wash their hands after using the restroom. Because of that, I didn’t feel comfortable eating the meal and ended up leaving my food.

Drive thru takes 30 mins and then instead of handing ur food at the window they advise u to park in the front. It was busy so there was absolutely no parking. Took 15min for our food to come out and ironically they couldn’t find our car because we had to park on the other side of the gas station to get a parking spot. My husband had to go inside to get our food.. what’s the point of drive thru if you still have to walk inside?

Yesterday I was in Popeyes, the same thing, the service really bad, especially when someone like me trying to get something to eat, those employees prioritize drive-thru costumers and orders they place in advance online. You have beg for service. They’re in a bad mood perhaps frustrated, I really don’t know we had to wait a long time before we got the order.

One of the worst McDonalds I’ve been to ngl. If you want a specific sauce make sure to check your bag before you leave, because the Will NOT give it to you and try to charge you .50 cents for it

The staff in McDonald’s, the black dark skin lady with glasses and the light skin black guy working the drive-thru with a mini afro dumped all the french fries back underneath the heat lamp to warm up. And then towed the customers including myself, that the fries were fresh and they’re just coming out of the grease. She lied to our faces.

truly one of the best experiences i’ve had in customer service chad i believe is his name with the curly hair gives me my food in a very timely manner i come here often on my way home from work he is constantly running around doing window running out boxes and taking food to cars he is extremely polite and respectful always making sure my order is correct and even when i need some extra sauce he always runs into to grab it for me not matter how many times i insist on getting it myself seriously promote this guy !!!10/10

Horrible. We waited over 20 mins in the drive thru just to be told to give them one minute. we were told that a few more times after ad well. No prices on the menu and overall wasnt the same as a usual McDonalds. The speaker on the machine where we ordered didn’t work so we ended up leaving due to the horrible experience. The girl taking our order sounded very polite, but it was just too late. Terrible, TERRIBLE experience. All the prices are jacked up too. Smh.
